The printing department has now gone through three employees and each is getting worse than the original. My prints used to be great and now they are never on time and always need more adjustments. I bought a printer to start printing myself and will also be buying my supplies elsewhere. I hate to see a good business turn sour.

Bar none this is the best full service photography store in Rochester. I will be doing all my printing with lumiere from now on. Customer service and quality work are clearly of great importance to their business
