Real Golf Review

I have played The Highlands around nine times and The Brute three. Both courses are always in great shape. For whatever reason most people like the Brute, it is also more money. The Highlands is by far the better course/design. Originally designed by Pete Dye/Jack Nicklaus for the Playboy club it has received some updates. Honorable mention goes to the hole no. 4 par three on the Highlands.

Course was in pretty good condition...the tee boxes were a little chewed up but thats sort of expected at a place like this. The brute is a LONG and TOUGH course. Probably the toughest Ive played this season....we saw the beverage cart about once every 3 holes which was great...

Amazing courses, especially the highlands! The brute is not as hard as they claim and the highlands is a far more challenging course. One star off due to the high prices, and no discount if you play 5 days in a row. Should be more engaging with repeat customers...

8" of rain and many downed trees made the day very long as carts on path only. However the course drained very well.
