Terrible customer service but decent wine. My husband first called ahead to make sure they were giving tours since the tour of the vineyard was the main reason we chose to go to this winery. Once we arrived we waited about ten minutes before any worker acknowledged us so we again asked about the tour. We were assured that we could make the 2:30 tour so we proceeded with the wine tasting and bought two bottles of wine. The whole time we were there there were only a handful of other customers but hadnt heard anything about the tour so we asked a final time during checkout when the tour would start. The woman (who we had asked about the tour upon our arrival) glanced at the clock and said the next one was at 3:30 since it had just turned 2:35. She made sure to mention that we could purchase glasses of wine and sit and wait another 50 minutes for the next tour to start. It seemed very suspicious that we werent told about the tour until immediately after we had purchased the bottles of wine so we were not willing to spend one cent nor one minute more there. My summarized advice is to skip this place altogether. If interested in their wine just go to your local Festival Foods since the bottles are cheaper there anyway.

From the moment I called and booked our 12 person reservation for the tour and tasting, to the moment we left the winery, I had nothing but the most amazing experience! Very friendly staff not only over the phone, but in person as well. Stacy our tour guide was super fun!!! She was very energetic, and knowledgeable about the different wines! She took time with us, allowed for pictures, questions, and just let our group be silly and everyone including Stacy had a great time. There were many wines, so even if you are not a wine drinker..... taste them. We had someone in our group who didnt care for wine, and even he found one that he REALLY liked!! We will certainly be be back!!... Thank you again Stacy for giving us first timers to Parallel 44 MANY reasons to come back and visit!.....

This is a winery and vineyard in a beautiful rural setting. Theyve continued to add grapevines and have moved towards wine featuring their own grapes. They do have a variety of wines from sweet to relatively dry, but I was disappointed that they got rid of a couple of my favorites. (Very dry wines). They have a nice gift shop, a great selection of wines and events through most of the year including music in the summer months. Volunteers can pick grapes at harvesting time, but my two hour adventure made me realize the effort that goes into picking. It is not for me!

Loved the tender love and care that went into establishing the vineyard from the owners to the staff everyone could answer any question that I had (there were no-snob type attitudes) ....the place is a bit more commercial but has a fun open terrace to sit out and enjoy a drink (overall very buniess professional). In short...Wisconsin is the new place to come for a wine weekend getway.

Weve been here 3 times and it is by far the BEST winery in the Door County location. Amazing view and amazing wines. You are treated like a friend when you come here to taste. With an engaging and knowledgeable staff youll leave feeling warm and fuzzy, and not just from the wine!

My husband and I showed up 15 min before they closed, yet Shelia was very accommodating and didnt make us feel bad or rushed. Her explanations of the flavors of each wine were dead on and very helpful. Such a selection!

Its about a 20 min drive from green bay.. Mic was the name of the guy working there the day we were there. Very professional, and friendly. We sat outside and shared a bottle of wine. Would recommend to others.

It was a bit pricey and crowded, but still fun to walk around.
