tl;dr - Tons of fun. Staff take great care of arcade-goers. Clean and well-kept. Lots of Japanese machines. Very loud. This place is great! The staff take really good care of their Arcade-goers. When I told them I lost my Gold Card last week, they told all their staff to keep an eye out. A day later, some guys came into the prize shop and told the staff that it was their card and tried to cash in all my tickets. They froze the card, kicked the guys out, and re-issued me my card when I came back in. (Thanks Nich!) Now, about the Place - it has a couple of caveats: 1. Their main focus seems to be the Arcade, not the Bowling Alley. 2. About a quarter of their arcade machines are untranslated machines imported from Japan, so if you dont read Japanese, it will take you a couple of tries to figure them out. 3. It is very, very loud. 4. I wouldnt say theyre expensive, but theyre not cheap. If youre not okay with those points, youre not going to have a good time. Im totally fine with it, so I have a blast. The arcade machines are clean and mostly well-maintained. They have a wide variety of game genres, so theres something for everybody. Theyre open until 2 AM every day of the week, but they start IDing people after 10 or 11 PM. Most of the ticket games actually involve some degree of skill, and if you take the time to get good at them, you will win a lot of tickets. My girlfriend and I got our Nintendo 3DSs by winning tickets from here. The japanese games are awesome. The US comes up with some good shooters, but for everything else, it really feels like Japan puts a lot more thought and effort into their machines. If you buy a Nesica card at the front desk, you can even play them online with people from other arcades all over the world. The prize grabbers are expensive and the setup is a bit weird. For the big prizes, they zip-tie a bunch of other prizes down, then place the prize youre supposed to grab on top of them. The claws arent very strong, but you can push the prize with the Claw Device when it drops, so use that to your advantage. They can be frustrating sometimes, but theyre not rigged. My girlfriend has won prizes out of every machine. P.S.: If youre a Final Fantasy fan, they have a Final Fantasy Theatrhythm machine. You can use your Nesica Card (see above) to make a party, level up, and save your progress. P.P.S.: Gunslinger Stratos is a nightmare to figure out if you cant read Japanese. You have to hold both guns. The joystick on the left gun moves your character and the joystick on the right gun switches targets. Double tap the jump button to dash. The guns have magnets on them, and if you stick the guns together with the magnets, it switches your weapon. Once youve selected a level, the lobby screen has some green boxes with numbers on them. Those are weapon loadouts, so pick the same one every time if you want your character to have the same weapons.

Waste of Money and HORRIBLE customer service!! We went in on a Friday night and were told it would be a little over an hour wait. They took our phone number & we got a pitcher at the bar. When they finally called us to tell us our lane was ready. we purchased 2 games. The lady at the counter never told us the place was almost at closing time. We got almost half way through our FIRST game when the lanes all shut off. We went to the counter to get out money back for the 2nd game & they refused. They told us all they could do was give us a free game voucher that must be used within 3 months. We are not from here & arent able to use it. We paid $65 for 2 games for 4 ppl and didnt even get through half of our 1st game. The manager refused to talk to us. The lady we bought the 2 games from should have warned us it was almost closing time. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. What a joke and a waste of $65!!!!

The place itself is fun to go to but the employees are the rudest employees Ive ever seen at any facility. The lady at the bowling counter took my ID and told me I could have it back when done bowling....not sure why. Then they lost it. I live 2,000 miles away so now they will have to mail it to me since it was found, under a trash can. As the same lady was checking us out another woman came up and asked "can we get someone at the bar?" Instead of saying yes or hold on she literally put her hand up to the lady and didnt even look at her. The lady was pissed, as she deserved to be. Another man was standing around so I asked where the bathroom was and he told me "look for the signs" so I told him "it is your job to know this place. Please point me towards the bathrooms" so he rolled his eyes and pointed as is it was so hard to just do the first time. Very rude service.

Best arcade Ive ever been to! Fun place to be, offers the latest arcade games (including Japan imports, rare rhythm games, and new fighting games), bowling (TVs and couches are nice), private karaoke, billiards in the same roof. Machines are well maintained and are updated to the latest. Some games can be pricey (especially for a jobless college boy obsessed with rhythm games like me), but if you get the club card (which I recommend if visiting at least more than once a month), you can save yourself a lot of money for yourself and friends (if doing karaoke). Most staff and maintenance (on the Arcade side) Ive encountered are kind and prompt! Definitely a great hang out/leisure place!

Money snatchers... yes they are, i went this saturday evening with my wife and 2 kids. It was my son birthday so i thought i should take them there to play some games. So buy club card nd put some credit on it and 80% games machines was taking credit at first slide and no game start and ask to put credit again so one game for double price. Then i went to buy bowling game and lady ask me about how many peoples, so i said me and my wife and 2 small kids 3yrs and 4yrs. She charged me 37 bucks for one game. Dishonest peoples, broken escalater, dirty restrooms, very sticky and greesy bowling area. Will never go there again

My friends and I went to go bowling and they apparently chance their rules every night. I am very unhappy. They started to go down hill by not fixing their elevators and their games. Now its a problem if you dont have a person over 25?? This must be a new rule since we came here yesterday night at 1 and let let us through. My bf is 21 they ID us both. Im 18, since when did they rules chance over night? I would give this place no stars. The service is crap and the security guard grabbed me by the arm and escorted me to me car. What fuc*ing bullshi*

Tried throwing a birthday party for my wife here with all our friends. Its not really something for people in their early thirties. I dont know what I was thinking. The arcade is nice but overwhelming due to the sheer sound of it. Their pool tables are getting beat up by the lousy clientele. Their bar serves some beer and wine, no hard alcohol. Their food counter is a joke and had absolute idiots working behind the counter. Im VERY easy going but their idiocy even boggled my mind and I walked away stunned and slightly pissed.
