I have been swimming at Evergreen Swimming Pool for the last 20 years. I was a member of evergreen High School Swim Team and had done laps there for years. Im really upset that I bought a bundle of 20 visits at the pool on Groupon and NOW its was a complete waste of money...... I broke my lower back 9 years ago, which requires that I stay active in the winters to keep my strong back muscles. That requires more passive exercises such as swimming. I was excited to go back to swimming at Evergreen at the end of the year. I tried to redeem my ticket before its expiration but found out the pool was closed at that time.i came by anyways and a gentleman working there at the front told me to come back after the first and he was very sure I could pick up my admissions for 20 visits then, considering that I didnt know it would be closed during the expiration date and I have a disability and am a student so I have many limitations.... After coming back after the 1st, I came by the pool to discuss my now-expired coupon. Within less than 30 seconds of even stepping in, a person working there name Chelsea completely denied any possibility of a refund or redeeming any visits at the pool. She told me it was solely my responsibility to understand that I couldnt validate it at the date on the coupon and there was no possibility of a refund. Needless to day, Im kind of grateful that I will be going to a new pool now with much more understanding service but it saddens me that I am not returning to a pool that I grew up learning how to swim and building so many memories. I advise that in the future, the employees give more thoughtfulness, sensitivity and care. I had no solutions and left feeling helpless.

Well, Im so disappointed with this management I enrolled my son for mon, wed and sat lessons but the pool heater was broken, so they star cancel class by class and 2 of those cancel class day the call 20 minutes before the class start, seriously just 20 min before??? They already know the heart was broken why they didnt call me with more time. My husband has to eat lunch in the car just to pick my son up and take him to the class and this for nothing because when thay was in their way to the pool I called them to comeback home. And now they dont want to give me my money back the want give me "credits" in my account. I moving to another state with no plans to come back. So I wondering when can I use those "credits"

They open less than a third of the pool for their public swim. So the 2 lanes allotted for the public are really crowded, and usually only 1-2 of the remaining 6 swim lanes have been in use by people doing laps. And I usually like the people here, but the last lifeguard on duty we had was horrible. My son has even taken lessons here. The classes are taught by teenagers with little to no experience, so we stopped coming. I keep trying, but overall my experiences at this pool have just been crummy.

Although struggling at times, the pool has remained open and seems well-managed. This is an important pert of the school and community.

My experience with the instructors has been great i did tot/parent classes and they were really nice. I wish they would remodel.

My grandma did water aerobics here for a while and it was hardly busy and personal items stayed secure while in pool

Its a pretty old center but its nice and clean.
