Beautiful hiking trails meander through typical northern Virginia forest. Trails are tended and seem frequented by people from local neighborhoods. Many people walk their dogs here. A stream runs through the forest here. Parking is next to a soccer field just beyond Crossfield Elementary School. The trailhead is at the end of the parking lot. My kids and I have had many fun hikes here.

We live nearby so we often walk over to walk the trails here. Trails are marked and kept clear and there is some nice terrain, rocks to climb on, a stream to splash in. Not uncommon to see dogs, on our visits theyve always been on a leash or well trained; owners are respectful of others. Trails connect up to the Crossfields sports fields and you can access the playgrounds too.

Great park, love the trails... Baseball fields are good, but could be better. Entire place turns into swamp when it rains.

Little league baseballs HQ in Rest on. Nice park with restrooms and refreshment stand.

Very wooded walking trail. Bring good shoes because the ground is very uneven.
