BRIDES BEWARE! This venue offers services for weddings and as a Bed and Breakfast however they are extremely unprofessional, unorganized and most times uncommunicative after a contract has been signed. My daughter signed a contract with this venue a year in advance and then five weeks before her wedding date the owner made drastic changes without her knowledge and consent but expected her to abide by them. Ultimately my daughter terminated her event with Raleigh Parish Glebe. The owner, Jennifer Cross is very difficult to deal with. Do not expect a turn-key event. This venue is not ADA compliant. There are other options in the Powhatan area that far exceeds this venue. This property is listed online FOR SALE so do your homework if you decide to book this location.

If I could leave zero stars I would. BRIDES BEWARE! My friend tried to have her wedding at this venue, which claims to be all inclusive and stress free, and it was an absolute disaster! There were stipulations on the contract that were changed without her knowledge and AFTER she had signed the original contract. On top of that the wedding planner that was assigned to help her quit and no one notified her until months later when she tried to get in contact with her. And overall unprofessional venue. Avoid the stress and look elsewhere!
