We love this park! There are two sections - one for older kids and one for younger kids. All playground equipment s recently replaced and updated. A fence with gates keeps kids from wandering near the waterfront. So many neat features with the new equipment - baby swings with attached adult seat, climbing and balancing ropes, a slide pole, swinging rubber climbing strips, a circular rope swing, mulch digging excavators, to name a few! So many things to do I cant imagine my family ever getting bored with this park :)

Great park with play sets for kids, nice walking paths, a boat launch area with three decent docks, large grassy fields, and a beautiful view of the lake. I love visiting just for the chance to sit on a bench and watch the ducks, but we also use it for boating and playing with our dog on occasion. Ive never found it to be too crowded but imagine it might get that way on a busy Saturday. Honestly the best thing about it is having a mini-lake experience all within five minutes of a lively downtown area.

Beautiful place, nice play area, grilling area, field and volleyball area. Could use a good clean up with small trash and bird poo though. The trash can be fixed with people, being more responsible with their own trash. Keep the park clean, by keeping the trash in the can. Great place for BBQs and Group Picnics, also a nice place to fish and to sit and enjoy life. Have lived in the area over half my life and have always enjoyed coming to Northshore Park.

My kid loves this place. There is a large assortment of equipment for all ages, including circuit workout equipment along the track: if youre one of those CrossFit cultists, this would be right up your alley, except not many people run here so there wont be a lot of people to brag about your formless rep counts. Also, stay off the grass and dont feed the ducks. There are signs literally everywhere, yet people still do it.

I love this park for its easy access for kayaking. The parking lot is very big that makes it easy to find a spot even when the park is crowded. The park is well maintained and the restrooms are clean. The benches located on the edge of the lake makes it so easy to sit down and just get lost in beauty of Lake Woodlands, and admire all the kayakers.

Nice open park by the lake. You can feed the ducks; have a bbq; canoe/kayak on the lake; big Pavilion for large parties perhaps 20 people. Nice clean well ventilated RR but of course no soap. The only thing missing is a splash pad for the kids & a nice trail thats not along the busy road nearby. ooh theres also 2 sandy volleyball areas!

By far one of the picture perfect area parks in The Woodlands. There are plenty of activities to be had at this park. Such as rowing and a large field to play any number of sports. From time to time there will be a free concert put on by the Township. Great place for the kids with a huge play ground.

I love going here with my husband and just relaxing by the lake. They are making some wonderful changes to the park that will definitely attract more family to spend their day here. The structure wasnt bad by any means they are just upgrading to the growing population in The woodlands.

Great park for the kids to play in. The main field can get muddy after the rain, but otherwise its nice. Remember to NOT feed the ducks as it causes population overgrowth and diseases. (As people throw bread at the ducks while standing right next to that sign....)

This is a really nice park with state of the art playground equipment. Bring bread if your kids like to feed ducks and geese. There appears to currently be a major construction project going on, but play areas are still open.

A nice little park with a fantastic playground and a friendly flock of ducks that inhabit its lakeshore side. It gets surprisingly little traffic for its quality, so you usually wont end up sharing it with a lot of people.

Love it perfect convination porn pleasant relaxation just be sure to be prepared with repelant for mosquitos, and if you would like to have unit the ducks bring bread crums or squares or bird treats. :-)

Excellent shaded area, playing area, Rockwall for kids, volleyball net ,soccer field swings and a beautiful lake with ducks and pontoon boats sailing across. Beautiful favorite spot for family outings!!

Occasionally see bald eagles overhead, on Lake Woodlands. Huge playground for the kids, a well-kept field for unorganized sports. A lot of wide life around for viewing. A relaxing and enjoyable place.
