Great place for a road or trail run. The entire trail from Jesse H. Jones through Pundt over to Dennis Johnston park is nearly 13 miles! Which means out and back you can get in close to 26 miles! The equestrian trail runs alongside the paved path so this is a trail runners dream in North Houston! Also great for cyclists, walkers, and adventure seekers alike. Pundt Park also has a dog park as well. PCT 4 does a great job maintaining this park as well. The only problem here is I wish I would have discovered this place and the Spring Creek Greenway sooner! Once the Grand Parkway is finished, they plan to take the main trail past Dennis Johnston park. If you love nature, adventure, running, cycling, or just just being active, this is the place to be!

I love this park and saw many wildlife. I took my family to this unique place full of nature. I enjoy watching the Spring Creek and hiking on the natural trails. I love this park because there is sand and also because you can fish here. I had seen alligators gar on this place and also turtles. Be careful because when it rain a lot, flooding is dangerous since there is water current. Also be careful with sand dunes because ,unfortunately, a man got killed by digging a hole on the sand.

Pundt Park has unpaved equestrian trails, dog park, canoe launch, playground, picnic facilities, toilets with outdoor shower, fishing. There is a 10.5 mile (mostly) paved trail running through the Spring Creek Greenway connecting with Stahl Preserve and Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center. The park has great potential and has more improvements planned. Presently, it is not well known or used, so there are rarely any crowds. I go here for lunchtime bike rides, since I work nearby.

Kayak launch, miles of mountain bike trails, mostly beginner. The fishing ponds are more for a father son experience .they are very small .The dog park is okay, unfortunately people are not picking up the messes, and grass needs to be cut more frequently. Very nice people. Just make sure your dog is up too date on all shots.Your dog will enjoy it. Little pools and water fountains. Plenty of room to run. Warning weekends are very busy , lots of dogs.

I visit the dog park regularly and am more and more disappointed every time I come. The water fountain leaks and is stopped up! There are no pools for the dogs! The spray fountain has not worked in months and summer is here! The drains dont drain at the rinse stations!! What a smell!! And, I see more and more parents of the dogs not cleaning up after their on pets! What used to be a nice place is not so much any more!

Google maps takes people to my house, which is off Rayford road, all the time. There are two spring creek drives in Spring, TX. Please be sure you are going to the correct one, because mine is private property. ADMINISTRATION: Please correct this issue with your maps that are taking people to the wrong location.

If you love nature and walk around this is the place to spend quality time with friends or family. Actually you get a lot of trails, lakes and even beaches, beautiful spring creek views as well. I came SATURDAY and it was Pretty quiet but maybe because it wasnt fully recover after Hurricane Harvey flooding.

The pare is very nice but the hours are awful. They close at 5 everyday even though the sign says 530. The point of a dogpark is to exercise your dog after work. How are you supposed to make it home, get your dog, and drive there all before 5. Why does an outdoor park need to close at all?

Cool scenic drive and equestrian trails. Theres a few ponds to fish at (catch and release) we hiked 2 miles on some overgrown trails that went by the creek. Saw some kayakers enjoying themselves. Loads of blackberries too. Theres also a nice playground for kids and a fenced in dog park.

Nice hike and bike trails. Your dogs will love the dog park. Nice and clean, with a kids playground to boot. Paved trail that connects your to Jesse Jones park, which is also nice. You can do a good 16 miles between the two parks.

Great hiking and biking areas. A few yahoos who need to respect the land and others, but the park management cant be everywhere at once. Respect others, including their right to quiet and to enjoy the sounds of the creek and woods.

Our family loves visiting this park. The playground is great for the kids, and we have easy access to do some casual bicycling on the Spring Creek Greenway, which is also a good place to train for bike rides such as the MS 150.

I came here for the first time today for a hike along there green way trail. It was very serene and quiet. There are fishing spots on the trail, which is partially shaded, and there are plenty of places to rest.

One of my favorite parks around here, large and connects to other parks via the greenway. Has several beaches along spring creek which is nice. Big dog parks, and lots of fun things for the family!

A huge network of trails. The canoe drop leads to sandy shores along Spring Creek, with great wading areas for kids. Theres also a good playground with swings, and several picnic tables.

I love this park! There is a great dog park. The bike trails are shaded with a water station halfway to Jesse Jones Park. There is a bike trail for every level of cycling.

Very nice for a walk or bike ride along spring Creek. The new grand parkway needs to clean up there construction mess at the end of the trail over the creek.

You have nice walking trails as well as long bike trails. The dog park is nice for the puppies. Main thing you are in nature without having to drive far...
