I was just visiting from El Paso TX and was excited to check this place out since there is something very similar back home. Well for starters I wasnt helped once I went in and sat at a table to order some food. Eventually I went to the bar and asked if the kitchen was still opened. It was for about another hour and a half. The bar tender told me I can grab a menu that was on the other side. I took it back to the table to make my selections and then went back to the bar to submit my order. The bar tender was nice enough to bring it to the table. The food was good. Im familiar with Cuban/ carribean food and it was pretty legit. I ordered wine at the bar. I saw at least 2 servers and no one ever came to offer Any help. I had two glasses of barefoot moscato for 15 dlls plus change. If you know wine then youll know I couldve gotten probably two bottles of that at Walgreens for the same price. Just saying I thought that was kinda up there and of course a 3dllr bottle of water. Nothing fancy just 16.9 fl oz regular bottle of water without any significant brand name. The tip was automatically added to my final bill a whopping 18 percent. 3.51 on a total 19.50. Whats funny is I had to ask for the itemized receipt and at the bottom of the receipt it says "please note that TIP is not included " . Id be happy to share the receipt. When I asked the girl bar tender if they automatically include the tip she said yes. Mariana was her name. I didnt want to argue over the amount but i didnt like that at all. I definitely would never go back to recommend it to anyone based of my personal experience. The band was good but the whole service situation was highly uncomfortable.

Wow this place is ridiculous. There is a $10 cover to get in the door ( if its for the band its ok). Then to sit you have to pay $130. If you want to go to the gentlemans room there is some creepy guy watching you, its a sorry excuse for a restroom attendant. And if you plan on drinking get ready for over priced watered down drinks. If beer is your preference then its $4 per bottle. The only thing that is good is the music but they dont start until 11 pm--kind of late. All the other items make it a horrible experience.

My husband and I love coming to Havana. Its an amazing place to go and dance. For those that have rated this establishment as ridiculous or boring, apparently they have no taste in a good atmosphere. Music is good, and the drink are absolutely delicious. Especially the cucumber martini.

A group of 20 had a blast, we took classes to learn how to dance bachata. They had so much patience to teach us and it was very fun. The drinks are amazing the food was so good and delicious. We highly recommend this place especially for celebrations...

The band on weekends is good but service not so good had to walk up to bar due to only two servers and still charge tip on bill. 6 bud light beers for $25 really!! Ask for couple of olives there was a charge.

Great place to go dancing! Only thing is you have to watch out for the waiters there they will overcharge you for drinks in order to get a tip. Besides that awesome live salsa music and good environment

Came here for a private party on the upper level. But, the place was REALLY cool and we loved watchinf everyone dance. The food was delicious!
