After the gym I had a contract at shut down suddenly I needed a new gym to call home relatively quickly. I didnt expect much when I showed up the first time but I was surprised to find that the library gym really had a lot to offer. Youll find all the essential accouterments of isolation and cardio machines and free weights in addition to a bench, smith machine, and, quite frankly, the most impressive power rack I have ever seen. All this and the price is right if you prepay for several visits in advance. $20 for 10 visits. Id give 5 starts except that you will sometimes have to wait to use stuff.

Im so happy that we have a world class facility so close to home. Its a clean, comfortable place to bring friends and kids too. My only wish is that that outside playground was better equipped. Theres hardly enough equipment for kids on a nice sunny day. Mount Juliet has the best playground, barn one! We drive there from Antioch to use the facilities.
