From our arrival this course & staff is in my estimate a Top 25 Public or Resort Golf Course in America! Very reasonable rates with a course & staff that reflexes and backs up what you pay for! I paid the seasonal summer rate and had no problem doing so after my experience, one of the top conditioned course on the entire Strand. The only course that could rival this course is its sister course Caladonia Golf and Fishing club. ⛳ We were welcomed by the bag drop staff, the desk then the starter. Excellent experience...and separate about our to the beverage girl that was attentive. This local resident will keep True Blue on a must play list!

Been coming here for years. The layout is 5 stars. Unfortunately the course condition is a 1 star. Pathetic. Greens are dead. No grass. Looks like something went wrong with fertilizer. With that said the fairways were not much better. Spotty and hard as rock even with lots of rain. Pro shop staff was great but, staff outside was not helpful in any way. If you have condition issues you should advise people who are coming a long way to play the course. $150+ to play here right now is a joke. Range balls are 5 years old. The mighty have fallen. Too bad.

Watch out for the alligators!! Seriously!! This is a beautiful Strantz designed course. Incredible layout with stunning bunkers and waste areas. A true test of the golf game. An absolute must play when in the Myrtle Beach area. Beautiful clubhouse and friendly service.

I played this course and Caledonia in the same week. Overall I prefered Caledonia, but that is purely personal preference. In comparison, this course plays longer - you will hit driver more often. The staff was friendly and the course was in superb shape.

Beautifully managed, open landing areas for those of us who dont always hit it straight. So a bad tee shot doesnt ruin your hole. Just beautiful, and great food and drink with a view of hole 18 while you eat.

Always a beautiful course that is challenging and have never been disappointed with the breakfast or lunch! There are just not too many places you can feel like your sitting on the green while you eat.

this is a different layout. i thought it was very enjoyable. lots of bunkers. visually it is different than any course I have played. conditions have always been pretty good
