Since tourist season is over, now is the perfect time to visit One Liberty Obserbation Deck. I thought my visit was going to take about 45 mins to an hour, but I was there for almost 3 hours. I picked a perfect day (Sunday Noon) because there were about 2 dozen visitors and not a single cloud in sight. I could clearly see the Limerick Nucler Power Station in Limerick, Pa. Since there were only few visitors, I was having so much fun with crystal clear interactive map, and I didnt have to pay extra for it. One World Observatory in NYC charges $15 for Agumented Reality iPad rental. One Liberty Observation Deck isnt just for tourists; its a must place to visit for locals as well. Tip: The main entrance is located on Market St.

We visited on 11/18/16 around 1:30 pm. I really enjoyed this site. It was a beautiful day, and the site was practically empty, and that was fine. The guide was awesome, and because there were so few people there, it felt like a personal tour. He was knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his work, which makes a big difference to me. I am an educator, and I like to take notes to take back to embed in future lessons. The guide did not mind repeating or waiting for me to finish my notes. We had a Philly Day Pass so our entrance was included, but if you do not, I feel the experience is worth the price of entrance. I wish I could remember the guides name to give him proper accolades. #patrons 38, 39, and 40.

The view was nice but they could have done so much more or less. The windows were covered with a smokey, dirty film that gave everything a washed out look, especially at night. The electronic maps were very clever but just having fine etchings on the glass to identify what your looking at like they did at the World Trade Center would be helpful. Better yet, rent iPads that sense what your looking at and can give you in depth information if you want like they have at Top of the World now. I think the biggest disappointment was a vending machine. That is it for refreshments. Most of the issues are things that can be changed so hopefully it will evolve into a first class venue.

Nice touristy place to visit, go to the 87th floor observation deck to get a 360 degree view of the city. There is a little bit of a "guided" tour, but I am somewhat familiar with Philadelphia. Came on Fathers Day,. where they had a special rate, essentially 2 for 1 pricing. Good for an hour or so. If you use one of the "hop on hop off" tour bus services, it is close by to their stop, very convenient as parking in Philadelphia is quite pricey. They have a souvenir store, but nothing special. I wouldnt mid coming again with different family members. I have been to Philadelphia many times, but this is my first here. I wouldnt mind coming again.

Had to post a review because this entire experience is really nice and worth the visit. Plenty to do and see between the views, the games and the interactive screens. We went during sunset, and watching the sun disappear into the horizon from the top of the city was such a cool thing to see. Also, everyone working there was exceptionally friendly and really made the experience worthwhile. The man by the elevator saw us taking a photo and offered to take one for us, but then also suggested a better angle and took a few shots to make sure we got a great photo. It was just a great overall experience and I was pretty impressed.

I really enjoyed this deck. But if you want to get the full effect, go just before sundown. Youll get an amazing lighted view of the city, and then youll be able to see out and about after dark. I recommend taking a time lapse photo of this to really let it sink in. After dark, its also awesome to see just how the philly grid system really looks. Some building still do block some views, but you get to see a vast and amazing majority of the city that you can only otherwise see with an expensive, and short, helicopter ride. You can also spend as much time as you want up here, with no time limits. I highly recommend.

I went here in the evening when they had a bar event. They had the tiniest drink menu and absolutely no where to sit. The views were cool but there were so many people you could not even stand somewhere to look out without people getting too close and making you uncomfortable. The staff was overall friendly but one male staff member tried to get a little too friendly and went as far as to ask if I am pregnant when I was just wearing a poofy dress with a high waistline and he also made a rude comment on my tattoo. Even if I was pregnant that is not any of his business and was super unprofessional.

Liberty observation deck was spectacular! I enjoyed it more than the empire state building. It was practically empty but had great views. There are 8 touch screen LCD monitors that you can use to digitally zoom in almost anywhere in the city. My daughter played on these for almost an hour. The elevator ride up had a cool video showing the highlights of Philly. There are also chic chairs on each side and convenient bathrooms for visitors. I recommend going before this place gets to popular :)

One Liberty Observation Deck is an "uplifting" experience, 57 floors and 883 feet above street level. The elevator ride takes one minute, fifteen seconds, and they play an informative Philadelphia video for the duration of the ride. The atmosphere is very nice on the observation deck; its stylish and nice background music adds to the ambiance. The 360 degree views are beautiful. The staff is very pleasant, as well. It was a very nice visit!

Une superbe vue sur la ville de Philadelphie, idéal pour mesure son ampleur. Nhésitez pas à prendre le billet deux visites pour revenir le soir et voir la ville de nuit, lexpérience est super !

I enjoy city views from above. Seeing as Philadelphia and its surrounding area is quite flat, I thought this would be the best place to see the city. And it did not disappoint. The view of the city and its sprawling suburbs was breathtaking! The admission fee is reasonable and not as steep as I expected. The souvenir shop was a letdown - quite small and not well-stocked. Spent two hours here.

Excellent experience. Although it was closed for some reason until 2 pm the waiting time on February 28th was very short. The price is a little on the higher end but thats what you get for tourist attractions. The view over Philly was spectacular, we were lucky with the weather too so we were really able to benefit from the experience. Staff were friendly and it was clean all around

The price is reasonable compared to other cities like Chicago, New York, etc. and you can be up there for as long as you want. The atmosphere is very relaxing with the music playing. At each corner of the building they have lounge areas to sit and be mesmerized by the views. It was a nice experience to be able to see and Philadelphia should be proud of this new attraction.
