Beautiful hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and the carpet still had that new smell! The dining area was beautiful as well. There were only a couple cons. *There are not enough parking spots near the building, so you have to use the parking garage. You get a free parking pass to use anytime you come or go, which is great. But when its raining or snowing, you have to run from the parking garage to the hotel making sure you have your key card out...which doesnt work on the first try. *The room has a nice fridge, but there isnt a microwave to warm up left overs from going out on the town. (Not that big of a deal, but a little one.) *The swimming pool is SO small. Its like an over sized hot tub. The kids werent liking it. Those cons were not enough to stop me from making another reservation for another time, but I wont bring my kids next time. ;)

In general, the hotel is nice. However, they claim to have a outdoor pool, but they only have an indoor pool that is only goes up to four feet. Theres no computer mouse for the Mac in the lobby. The rooms are kind of small. In the bathroom there is no privacy, the shower door is so clear it leaves nothing to your family memebers. The door of the bathroom is even worse, its clear as well. This hotel is clearly not for vacation or anything of that sort. It is more of a business conference hotel.

Friendly staff, quick check in and out (though we checked in at 9pm and out at 4 am). Convenient location - right next door to a movie theater and several sit down restaurants. Parking seems to fill up quickly but is free even in the garage for hotel guests.. We were stuck in the garage. This wasnt too bad in May but I can imagine it is inconvenient when it is snowing. Our room was on the second floor. It is a good size. All the normal Hyatt place amenties.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms are large and spacious. There is a free hot breakfast in the morning that was very nice. The only negative was we were placed in a handicap accessible room and the shower was an open floor plan which caused the water to literally go all over the bathroom and pooled up and did not draw. I had to use towels to dry the floor so we wouldnt get wet feet every time we went to the bathroom throughout the night.

Great location, tiny pool, but main reason for review was breakfast. Told at check-in how great it was and it ended at 930. Got there about 910 and there was 2 pieces of bacon, 2 half pieces of french toast and thats it for hot stuff. Didnt complain but then attendant came out and started taking stuff dow. At 920. What the heck? Very disappointed in this persons attitude and rudeness. This was on the morning of 7/13.

This new hotel is similar to other Hyatt Place properties, but better. They took all the things they learned from older properties and fixed them....the bathrooms are huge, modern frosted glass doors, glass shower, and spacious. Friendly staff, and great breakfast. Right on Crocker so walking distance to bars, fine dining, kids activities, movies, a grocery store and more. This is our new stay-cation spot!

What an amazing hotel..super affordable place to stay and very nice. The free breakfast is excellent.Staff is very nice. The rooms are veru nice along with the bathrooms. Only two cons parking garage issue with the piece of paper they give you..and the feather pillows..if your allergic to feather down be sure to bring your own pillow. Those cons dont warrant a less rating though. I will be back.

Im only giving it three stars because the staff is not accommodating and the rooms have damage including broken lights and pieces missing out of the ceiling with exposed cords etc. the suit style room is nice with the seperate room for the bed, but they are still very small and the pull out bed is NOT anywhere near comfortable to sleep on. The pool is nice and so is the hot tub.

the hotel was wonderful. the lobby was clean, bright and well kept up. the rooms were neat and modern. there was a nice sitting area in the room with a pull out couch. the tv was situated in the bedeoom so it wouldve been a little odd to watch t.v. in the couch area. the breakfast was nice and had a nice assortment of food. we would go back again.

Great location, hotel is brand new, breakfast was great, but the amount of noise(rattling) from the air conditioning unit, refrigerator, and some water pump sound made it almost impossible to sleep. We had been traveling for over 12 hours and needed sleep. Check out the noises in your room when you get there.

A brand new hotel with everything you need right at your neck and call. The Hyatt place is right in the middle of an open air mall, with shopping, dining, and everything you need within walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you may need during your stay.

I love this Hyatt Place! I love the chain of course but this location is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, caring people. My room is very nice, well maintained, and cleaned professionally. The location is surrounded by eateries, a movie theatre, grocery stores, and plenty of other attractions.

They service the rooms all are excellent. The staff is extremely accommodating very nice location. The beds are very comfortable the comforters could be of better quality. Breakfast was good the coffee and T-bar in the morning is a nice feature. I will continue to come back

Facilities clean and orderly. Lunch was only so so, but the staff was quick to respond when one of the attendees, a vegetarian, could not eat any of the provided meal options. Connectivity and electrical outlets (placement) could be improved.

We stayed for one night, didnt have any issues. The staff was friendly and at breakfast they went above and beyond making little pancakes for the kids! It was clean and I liked the atmosphere, very modern. We would definitely stay again!

Breakfast rotates everyday i believe. But was very good for continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and staff very friendly. We had top floor with 6 people. Has directtv and was relaxing. Parking garage free for guests

Rooms were beautiful still had the new carpet smell and the beds were beyond comfortable. The area is coming along nicely with plenty of selections for dining, perfect place for a night away

Hotel was very clean with modern designs. Room was spacious and bathroom was great. Breakfast was good, pool is a bit small but my small kid enjoyed it nonetheless. Loved our stay there!

Great hotel and facilities however the service wasnt the greatest. Upon arrival our pullout couch had old sheets and was not made. The following day out room was not made until 6:15pm.

The location is nice and the rooms are well maintained. The only complain is that there isnt sufficient parking available all the time. We had to park at the Bonefish Grill nextdoor.
