This is a great club. Even though corporations dont have the same tax incentives to pay for employee golf memberships like they used to, Inverness is still pretty good. Im giving Inverness 5 stars because theyve adjusted for the times. But, the Inverness I knew decades ago was absolutely amazing. This was mostly due to companies being able to sponsor employees memberships. But, ignoring the past, this is a 5 star operation. The food is also pretty good, but I suspect there has been a staff change over the last year. The same dish now comes out slightly different than it used to.

If youre a true golfer and purist of great tracks - Inverness needs no introduction. One of the finest courses in the world. I was not a member when I lived in Toledo but would be now if I lived there. Had the opportunity to play a couple times and I would love to go back. Beautiful old growth trees provide a wonderful framework for the rolling fairways and plush greens. The place is manicured to the hilt and just screams refinement and grace. I wish I could played a little better when I was there but its just a beautiful course with great amenities.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Visited from Columbus and the whole staff was so attentive and the course is in amazing shape. Some of the best greens Ive played, I could fix ball marks with my pinkie if I wanted to. An absolute fantastic experience.

Amazing course, beautiful rose for events, but when the even is private and the club allows members to cavalierly wander through said event, thats disrespectful.

Went there for a corporate Christmas party. One of the best buffets I have ever had at one of these affairs. Great service also.
