Had my wedding reception here June 10th I work with Miss Joyce everything that I asked of her she help me with Find my decorator that I truly loved I know I never heard her tell me No a Bride loves that The day-of my wedding cannot remember the Man name He made sure everything was smooth for Our day we appreciate it The waiters were very Professional would have loved to tipped all of them but one lady stood out she helped the day before put favors on the table with my decorator The food was excellent Met the chef the day-of us picking out what we were going to have he very nice and help for We appreciate all the staff at the Mandalay

During the search for a venue for our wedding, we met with The Mandalay because of the nice interior and ballrooms. We met with the catering manager who gave us the complete spiel and tour. We asked questions that any couple would, however, when we asked about if a room change was possibly, she immediately responded "You could do that, but you cant afford it" before telling us the price anyway. If someone is looking to get your business, I am pretty sure they wouldnt insult you, especially without knowing our budget. Needless to say we did not pick this place.

I would host a business event there, but not a wedding. Extremely outdated décor throughout the place, and terrible lighting. You could tell the light bulbs get replaced with different lights every time. There was at least three different colors of lights. Maroon, mauve, and brass as far as the eye can see. Maroon floral area rug pattern in the event area. It really could use an update to something more neutral. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

This venue was by far the most professional that I found during our intial search. Karmon helped us with every detail and even walked us into our reception! (which was absolutely perfect!!!) Thank you sooooo much! Great food-GREAT service!

We did not have our party here but we needed a reference from another caterer that worked with them before. They were not obligated to email us back but they did and helped us out! For that, I give them 5 stars for customer service.

The facilities are nice. It is a wonderful addition to the Dayton area. Great place to have an event. The food is consistently excellent. The staff are truly professional and attentive.
