The first time we took our kids we LOVED it! they were 1.5 & 2 (almost 3) and we could get on the inflatables with them if needed to. We even was able to take out 2 year old on some of the bigger ones. There is an area for ONLY 4 and under which is Great! The second and last time we went we were not allowed to get on and help our kids in the toddler section; kids were then 2 & 3 and our oldest wasnt allowed on any of the bigger ones this time :( They said that to many parents were jumping or just sitting in the inflatables and it was causing a problem. This really made it difficult for us with our kids being so little. We both are small parents (many kids weight more than me these days) but i couldnt get on and help my little ones?? They should just tell the parents acting up or sitting in them, to stop and get out! Vs making it bad for the rest of us. We drove an hour to this place. We havent been back since but if its changed back to like our first visit, its a Great Place to have fun with the kids

Edited since last review from 5 to 2. Some Staff was courteous and polite but not enough to supervise properly. In 60 minutes of being open this place filled up and had TWO reps on the floor. They spent more time talking than observing: - kids running out of control and knocking into people and equipment -kids older than safety guidelines on certain inflatables also knocking into younger kids Further, even though it says "ADULTS FREE" on the building you must now pay a $3 fee to actually play with your kids which many parents i was sitting with were discussing as false advertising There is not as many rides/inflatables anymore either. The bull is gone. There used to be 3 DEDICATED inflatables for kids 4 and under now there is 1. The new jungle gym is 10 and under but hard to follow your young one and adults cant go on it. They added a projection floor game but you cant see it and regular foot traffic prevents playing a game. Sorry to see this place go backwards

I took my daughter there for her birthday. It was a terrible experience in that they wanted to charge my two older children who did not want to jump $10.00 each to sit in the facility while the birthday girl and her younger brother jumped. I had to leave since I could not see paying $40.00 for two kids to jump and it was too hot to send the older ones to the car. This birthday experience was unfortunately not a happy one. If there is an issue with liability (even though their other facility allows siblings to sit near the jumping area at no cost), they really should offer a seat in the front foyer. If they want people to stay, I would think they would be more helpful in offering a solution when problems arise. I would have been happy to sign a waiver for the older two so if they fell out of the chair while reading a book, Bumper Jumpers would not have been liable.

My kids enjoyed themselves, with one exception. My younger son, who is four, was very VERY upset that he was not tall enough (according to their rules) for the "Wipeout" unit. The other three boys in our group were tall enough and they jumped on that one almost exclusively. Out of sympathy, the employee monitoring that unit said that she would let him go once and she would go with him. Well, he did just fine on his own without any assistance from her, so...why the limitation? I would avoid going here again just to avoid the meltdown - at least until my son is taller. The "mechanical bull" also had the potential to cause this kind of issue but luckily we told all four boys "no" to that one so that no one was left out. I appreciated that they had reasonably priced snacks available, however there were not very many places for adults to sit and watch.

I took my 5 yr old and 2 yr old to Bumper Jumper with a friend who had six kids with her. We spent the day there and the kids really had a good time. One thing I liked is that there are different activities for kids of all ages. As we got hungry at lunch time we were able to order pizza and kids ate then continued to play. The staff were friendly and even offered us plates. This is a great place to take your kids too and I would go back for sure. One last thing is that remember to take your socks with you or you would have to buy some there. Also I wish there were options of buying a cup of coffee or tea for parents there. My friend and I wanted to drink something hot but there are only cold drinks.

We have only taken my son here once, and with a Groupon, but he seemed to enjoy it. We made the "mistake" of going on a weekend--SO CROWDED! But I guess thats a good thing. Theyve got plenty of business! We have been to other bounce places, and something I think that Bumper Jumpers is missing is more staff to monitor the kids. When we went, there were kids running EVERYWHERE, and my son got pushed or knocked down several times. There are "rules" about not running, but they definitely were not enforced. For the most part, the equipment was nice and our son had fun. Some of the equipment, however, was really worn out and parts werent staying inflated. They may need some upgrades :)

We have always loved Bumper Jumpers in the past. Our last experience was not as enjoyable, due to extremely crowded conditions and staff that seemed unable to manage the amount of children in the areas. At one point they carried a small child off an inflatable by his ankles, which concerned me as a parent. Given the previous enjoyment, iI will still give them 3 stars but would not return. They also had not hooked up the sinks in the bathroom from renovation when we went, and there was little room for parents to sit, only having 2 couches at the time. I am sure those problems were corrected in a short time- I only hope they have trained their staff to help small children better.

we had an awesome time today for my daughters birthday we went into free play. it was clean the staff were all super nice and when we lost a cell phone in one of the jumping areas the staff were great about helping us find or ask around for it. it was returned to us fast. i liked how the safety of the place was priorty and when leaving all the children were checked so as not to be kidnapped by anyone there were also no lines to get into the areas also a huge fan of the coupon we used and the fact parents jumping was only 3.00 very afordable fun for all super impressed and would definatly go back again for all of birthdays in the future 5 stars!!

Unfortunately I brought my boys to play today at noon and the manager was extremely rude to us. I have been twice before and never had this experience. My boys came in with sandals on, so they did not have socks on. The manager stomps over to us about how my boys had to get out of the play area because of no socks. Ok! I get it! Im in total support of following policies and procedures; but my issue is THE WAY she said it. No tact at all. Really lady?? Really? Over socks. I would have paid for the socks but after the way I was treated and spoken to in front of my toddler boys I decided to leave and never return.
