I cannot say enough nice things about The Capital Club. Its truly a gem in Asheville. We had our son’s rehearsal / welcome dinner there and it was beyond amazing. First, let me say that Mariah was great during the planning process. Since this was a “destination” welcome dinner and wedding, I had to go by phone/email alone with sight unseen. I threw out a vision and Mariah took it and ran. The outdoor terrace makes this place PERFECT. We were worried because we chose not to have entertainment, but there was no need. The stunning views and breathtaking sunset was entertainment enough. Also, much to our delight, the local ball field had fireworks that evening, so it was just icing on the cake. We have received several thank you notes from family/friends saying how much they enjoyed the evening. With all of them saying the same…that the location was lovely and the venue was the perfect setting for a magical night. It was the perfect introduction to a beautiful wedding the following day at the Biltmore. Every detail was laid out perfectly. If you are looking for an affordable and gorgeous place to host a rehearsal dinner - look no further!

I held an event at the Captial Club of Asheville. In all honesty, the view is beautiful and my guests enjoyed the scenery but Asheville is a beautiful place and I am sure that there are much better places to hold an event. The management is so difficult to work with. The owner is so full of himself that he attempted to take over my entire event as if it were his own and as if we were not paying customers. I had bouncers hired, clean up and food servicing staff hired, and bartenders hired to make sure the event was under control and clean and that still was not enough. He was taking alcohol from behind the bar that my guests brought and drinking it, he insulted my guests, and made everyone feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable it completely sabotaged the entire thing. I am so disappointed considering how hard I worked. Horrible experience.

The Capital Club is an amazing place for a venue in Asheville. Amazing view, amazing staff and incredible facility. Mariah and staff were perfect - helpful and helped us with the perfect layout. Day of event, made sure they were always there for backup when needed. I honestly do not think there is a better place in Asheville! (Our event was a high school prom, but wish it was around when I got married - you can take the best pictures with that view!)

This is the best rooftop venue you will find in Asheville. The view of the west is simply breathtaking. Its located in the heart of downtown surrounded by all the amenities. There is an easy load-in parking lot behind the building which is rare find downtown. Dont look further. This is where you want your event!

The venue was beautiful! The background and the mountains are beautiful! We had a great time at our prom thanks to Mariah and everyone at the Capital Club that made it happen and helped with whatever was needed! We truly enjoyed it and will come back and recommend to friends for events!

Great venue with beautiful views of Asheville and the mountains. I have had several events at the Capital Club from client events to a dance party and everyone loves the space, plus there is convenient parking available which is an asset in downtown Asheville.
