Nice ambiance, great music overall fun chill spot. We went there to celebrate an anniversary and we asked to be seated in the bottle service. There were two waitresses on duty Rhonda & Chloe (not sure if that is the correct spelling of her name). Chloe escorted us to our table and was to be our waitress. However, we sat there for 40 minutes Chloe never came back to our table but proceeded to attend to other tables that came in after us. A promoter that was there knew a member of our group and he came by to say hello and asked if all we ok, his friend told him no. He went to the bar and shortly after Rhonda came to our table (very nice) I explained to her what was happening and she apologized and was her waitress for the rest of the time we stayed there. Customer service is key to any establishment....Chloe please keep that in mind...any and all persons should be treated well. Rhonda, we thank you for handling us with the respect all customers deserve.

The customer service here is very poor. My friend was served their signature drink the flamingo with a fly in it. He was told his next drink would be comp but when the bill came he had to dispute the charges. When we went to the upper deck were told we had to buy a bottle in order to receive table seating. So we abliged and bought a $100 bottle (750ML) of grey goose. When the bottle arrived it came with a 16oz bottle of chaser and we were told refills were $5 dollars each. I have never been in a club whose chasers were so small in comparison to the bottle of alcohol served. Not only that no other party sitting at the table had a bottle. I would not recommend this place. They scratch their prices off their drink menu and conduct shady business

I dined there this week 12/19/2016 and it was recommended by someone. The food came out cold, the order was mixed up, water and water refill seems like an odd concept to the waitress. The appetizer was hit and delicious (wantons), the food was okay but poorly presented on the plate. Service was poor but the place has potential. The worst is the woman at the cash register was using our seat as a hand rest while she was talking on the phone...loud....and was watching interrupting our conversation! As a Caribbean person, we should not have to be subjected to poor service....we should be promoting our culture with class....

Ive been dining here many times with friends and family, however they definitely need improvement in many areas, such as the waiters, they seem as if they dont want to attend to your table. Also, for future reference, when buying Combos if you are to share with anyone, you have to pay $4 additional per person or per combo I am not sure, but regardless that is totally ridiculous. I also paid $10 for Mojito that tasted like Lime and Water, absolutely no taste of Alcohol. Sorry, but I would not be visiting anymore.

The only thing good about Flamingo Restaurant is the shrimp wontons, and depending on the bartender, sometimes the drinks. The service from one female server sucked while the service I got from a gentleman was way better. Their food tastes HORRIBLE. Their jerk meats is not real jerk seasoning. Their bake and shark was one of the most bland Ive tasted in Queens. They need a new chef. Mantra lounge is always lively but expensive for no reason. I can go to another bar/lounge with better food and cheaper drinks.

I think this place has a great look and has so much potential. The staff here sucks though!girl Bartenders although pretty are snotty and act like they dont even want to help. Smiling never hurt anybody. Food is good and the elder staff members seem to care about the job more. The only reason this place is still booming with business on certain nights though is the promoters who bring customers in. If the staff worked as a better and friendlier team the sky is the limit for this place

was my first time there today we had ,wontons and 1/2 dozen oysters in shell , the oysters was really big and delicious then we had the house special fried rice, chinese style chicken and cha sui pork to share was more than enough food for two ppl , we eat and had food to bring back home, our server Meril ( i think i have her name spell right) was very nice friendly 10 out 10 .. great food, excellent service and will come again soon

If your going for the food or service its a let down. Bartender blames host, host blames waiter, its a blame game for why you didnt get your drink or food in a timely manner. There is a club upstairs which might offer better accommodations but if you just want food I would advise against it unless your to far from anything else.

My experience here was totally horrifying... i cant explain my frustration here with the service I received.. the customer service was great but the food sucks so much. More unfortunately it was mothers day. Too salty and the amount of food was skimped when served. I advise you guys out there to choose another hangout spot.

First off, they are way over price and the food is sub par. Im not entirely sure how they maintain thier business. They had me waiting for 40 mins and customer service was horrible. The food was so horrible that I looked for them just to write a review . By the way this was take out and there not even busy.

Just called to make a reservation for a party of 10 and the girl that answer the phone was so unprofessional!! I asked if they still carry BBQ chicken and oysters and her response to me was yea yea I think so!!! I was then going to make my reservation but she hang up

ShrimpWontons and house speacial fry rice is a best taste , calaloo and crab with rice as well as chicken needs much improvement for the highly priced meal and warning a mackeson cost 7 bucks male waiter is more professional and on point than the females

The food is good but the service isnt. The party upstairs can be nice especially in the summer but it gets very crowded with the tiny indoor space. However, the crowd here seems to always be looking for the trouble and the bouncers are useless.

Expensive drinks. Friendly service. Very diverse. Strange: smoke-filled room, drinks, and hookah, but with small children and families dining. I would recommend it. Went upstairs and it looked like fun, but didnt stick around to enjoy it.

Service in the restaurant (Flamingo) is poor. Best bet is to stay by the bar and order a Flaming Flamingo and wontons. Upsatirs (Mantra) is a great spot in the summer when the rooftop area is opened up.

The people here are rude as hell!!! RUNNNNNNN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! It is not worth it !! The staff was nasty and the manager was no better ! They are disgustingggggggg !!

Whatever you do, do not waste your time and come here to eat. Theres good food but the food service is terrible. Bad attitudes and slow service is a no go.
