I wish I could give this place zero stars. Ill start with the good since thats a shorter list. 1. Greens are in decent shape, except for the 3-4 that have large dirt patches. They have a hole on every green, so at least they got that correct. 2. The tee boxes exist. Theres a solid chance they dont have any rhyme or reason to how they set them though (most holes it looks like theyve left the whites in the same location for 2 months without fixing divots. 3. The starter was nice. Now the bad, Ill probably leave a few off since Ill get tired of typing. 1. Fairways. You usually cant tell the difference between the fairways and the rough. Theyre pretty much the same length on most holes. Most consist of a majority of dirt and/or rocks and/or huge holes and/or a lot more rocks. Seriously, their fairways look like a city road and thats being nice. I had a 80 yard shot on hole 6 or 7 and couldnt swing through a ball because there was a giant rock under the thin layer of dirt and grass on top. Almost broke my club. 2. The rough. Not saying this should be freshly manicured but please for god sake, try to mow it once a once maybe. 3. The party music. Im golfing, I should not have to listen to loud music with bass on 6 of the tee boxes. Theres gotta be some type of barrier you can put up to mute the sound from the pool...just a bit. 4. The driving range. We arrived early morning for an early tee time with the intentions of warming up. We walked into the range and couldnt believe how run down it was. Well, at least until we played the course and then we realized the driving range was in tip top shape by comparison. 5. Buying food at the turn. We ordered before teeing off on 9 thinking we could grab and go. It wasnt ready by the time we got to the clubhouse. The woman working the cash register had to be told 5 times what we ordered before ringing it up correctly. We were in the clubhouse for at least 10 minutes. Oh, forgot to mention, we ordered 4 hot dogs, 3 beers, and a snickers bar. 6. The cart paths. A quarter had giant cracks, another quarter had huge holes, another quarter looked like a highway that hadnt been paved in 2 decades, and the last quarter was nonexistent. Im going to cut this one short, but theres plenty more i couldnt talk about. This course was not worth the 50 or so we paid with cart. Its not worth 40, 30, 20, or even 10. Youd have to pay me to play here again. A lot. Zero stars.

The staff at this place do not like money. I have attempted to play this course 7 times, and have only played the course once. Thats over the course of summer 15 to today. Dont waste your time. Someone please buy this Course from the county and replace the retired entitled staff to go home. Someone make some money of this place its a great course!!! Updated review, they now have park employees taking money for golf fees, next step buy new golf carts and you got yourselves a golf course people will come play. Lets go! Wanna see a tournament here the course is awesome when it comes to layouts in this area.

It only gets two stars because IF you can get to the greens, they are in decent shape. But the fairways are the problem. A cow pasture-like experience with random cutting and no grass (rocks more often) in 25 percent of the fairways. Would steer clear of this course, certain not in the fall, and county should drop the $36 fee to half.

Maintenance of the course has disappeared over the past few years. Greens were in good shape but the fairways were AWFUL. Middle of the fairway and youre hitting off dirt. Spend more and play somewhere nicer

A hidden Gem. Great course with all the elements to enjoy a round of golf. They have a Great clubhouse with a driving Range. The Championship Course has spectacular views and is great to play.

Course is getting better, greens are in great condition. Wish they would work on 18th hole a bit more. I will play here a lot more before the New Tappan Zee goes up.
