A beautiful park to visit all year long. A tourist destination. Scenic views and paths for walking, running and biking. So many sitting areas just to relax. Dog friendly with a dog water fountain. Plenty of wildlife sightings and native and non-native plants and trees. Historic info signs about the park. Picnic areas with park grills. Includes Childrens play area, baseball fields, basketball courts, volleyball court, tennis courts and so much more. Park restrooms available. My only wish for those visiting / gathering, Lets keep it clean. Make sure you and those with you dispose of their trash. Please bring plenty of bags to pick up after your dogs.

Golden Gate Park is definitely a gem to the city of Brooklyn, NY . It offers much more than just a local park. It has the Japanese Tea Garden, Botanical Garden, Academy of Sciences, and so much more. Its a wonderful place to take a stroll, to take pictures, or to go boating at Stow Lake. It offers so much activities and its family and kids friendly.Overall, this is another must-go, must-see place here in Brooklyn, NY . Whether youre a tourist or a local, theres always something new to do and to see at this park.

I live on Highland Blvd and I appreciate the park year around. Spacious forjogging and walking up hill and on flat ground. My only complaint is the Summer traffic. I hope that the over crowded conditions can be controlled in a better fashion this summer. Blocking driveways and alcohol beverage seems to decorate sidewalks. Maybe limiting the use of park or beefed up Police Patrol. The park is peacefully quiet and beautiful when it snows. Great time for a walk. ENJOY HIGHLAND PARK!

Nice park. Lots of parking. Benches, ball fields, and a mile long circular track for walkers, joggers, and bikers. Gets over crowded on weekends! People dont clean up after themselves. Saw the park service and police there a few times to keep order. During weekdays pleasant place for a walk or run. The area is changing quickly so should improve in near future.

This is a awesome park but there is no dog park. It is sad because the park is so big there are so many areas that can be gated so that dogs and owners can have a safe place to run and play. I am going to start the process please join me when it becomes public.

It is huge and it is the way people in Cypress Hills take a breather. I dont know what the kids around here would do without it. It would be amazing if the playgrounds get an upgrade to more modern equitment like they are getting in more wealthy areas.

Its a Sunday summer evening, beautiful weather and my kids, my dog and I have no excuse not to come to highland park and enjoy it. I couldnt convince my husband to abandon the plasma screen and air conditioner but he doesnt know what he is missing.

Very nice park, tennis courts in good shape, with lights, but, they lock up the courts at 7pm...and leave the lights on on the courts...weird, but soccer going on all the time, and not enough parking but other than that, a great park!

Its a good park but a lot of things go on in the park that not many people know about and its getting unsafe for little kids to go and play. I live next to the park and go to play basketball and football and see a lot that goes on

They are doing construction right now but i climbed the fence. Very beautiful. Lots of trees and a smallish beautiful lake. Very cool place run, read, or just take a walk during the summer to get away from the city for a minute.

Big a spacious, has playgrounds, tennis courts, soccer, basketball courts, baseball fields, handball, and great areas to run. Can be crowed on weekends and on holidays, and watch out for the dirt bikes they are reckless.

Highland park. Comprised of 2 parks. This is a family oriented park where many families meet to have bbqs, picnic and birthday parties. The park has a handball court, swings and slides. It even has a baseball field.

Im sad that the Google view of the pond is misleading. That body of water is fenced off from quiet a ways away and when there is a Baseball game there isnt any parking. Other than that, its a lovely park.

Huge, huge park with lots of activities to do. Good running trails with nice views. Came for a jog on a hot ass day, and I enjoyed this park. Its probably gonna get super crowded during summer time.

This is one of my favorite park. I cycle, run and picnic here. There is play ground for kid, basketball court and baseball fields. If you want a quiet time there is place for you in this park.

Really gorgeous and scenic. I did a photoshoot with my best friend by a fallen tree and the shots were amazing. An amazing place to walk and be consumed by nature.

The Tennis courts are well maintained. There are many running trails and places for multiple sports. One thing is that at night,the lights are not really bright

Great park for picnic, BBQ, walking, bird watching and there is a small playground for the kiddies. Up and coming so get there early because it gets crowded.
