They oversell the train and there were no more window seats. They also didnt state that the ride would be shorter by 15 minutes. Offered a refund instead of a ride which is fine for adults but would be heartbreaking to the small children that were with us. So my nephews are disappointed either way. I will never return. Complete ripoff.

For those of you people who complain about having a short train ride this is a railroad Museum!! if you want a long train ride perhaps you should go on Amtrak or New Jersey Transit the whole world doesnt revolve around you!!

Great exhibits, Awesome railroad equipment, and very beautiful steam locomotives! Glad to hear that therere restoring one to operation! Im a rail fan and I recommend this place to all of my train friends!

Although portable toilet, it was surprisingly clean. The Polar Express event that I been to was not as organized as I would have thought. The hot chocolate served was actually cold even to my 8 years old.

Went here for the Polar Express. The kids loved it. Had to give it 5 stars just because the looks on their faces will never leave my mind. Amazing.
