My wife and I used to walk to this park weekly. In the summer it has great views of the smith st bridge in Saint Paul and the river valley including the west 7th communities and the old brewery. In the winter it is a great spot to see the valley as well. In summer it is a great spot to relax and enjoy the green grass and flowers planted around the park. Good middle spot for a run or walk to take a breath and have a drink of water and stretch.

This place hosts a beautiful view of the rolling hills, cityscape and flowers. I think Im even more impressed by the guy in the wheelchair begging for money. He is there often. How did he get up the extremely steep hill? How does he get back down? Does he make better money up here? So many questions.
