The Crooked Pint Ale House, Chaska Mn Location, was a great experience until I overheard a few comments made from co-workers to our server. The food was good, overall good presentation; however the comments made left an unusual sour taste in my palate. Without going into too deep of detail, our server was sexually harassed by co-workers to the point that I saw tears in her eyes. I pointed to an American flag and explained to our server that this is America, which she should not have to be fearful of going to work because of things that are said to her by other co-workers. She had clearly had her rights as an American citizen broken. I was so upset that I decided to pay for our food, not finishing it, and leave immediately never to return. I would have thought that a more upscale restaurant would be watching out for this sort of thing, screening for signs of good moral fiber, but when I asked the server about why she didnt bring it to management she said that management participates in this behavior as well. I cannot begin to explain how disappointing that was to hear, I do not know who is hiring the morally deficient management who is in turn hiring the morally deficient workers in Chaska, but I will say that whoever runs the show for the Crooked Pint in Chaska must either be desperate in hiring anyone they can find or severely lacks character for hiring these monsters. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, food is fair, but money is going to an establishment that is allowing servers there to get sexually harassed and mentally abused. I believe that this establishment should either get new management or needs to have a very extensive Sexual Harassment meeting. NOBODY deserves to be treated that way, especially while at work FROM co-workers.

Once again! My husband and I were not impressed with this place! We ordered a Cubano sandwich and a Grilled Chicken Hoagie sandwich. Both with fries on the side. I will start with the positives. The fries were better than the first few times we had them as a side. They were not inedible from the saltiness of a seasoning that was on them. Either less was used or none. The Cubano was decent. Certainly not the best we have had, and still somewhat bland, but a tiny bit better than other food we have gotten there. The grilled chicken hoagie was again another horrible meal though. To start the hoagie itself was super dry and chewy. I am not sure why the chicken is called "grilled"? It had no grilled flavor or charred grill marks on it? It seemed to be a very processed piece of chicken patty that I am guessing comes from Sysco or some other food company pre-grilled and then the kitchen just warms it up? But regardless of however it is made or comes, it was bad! The tomato slices on the hoagie were very old. They were pinkish, chalky, and flavorless. In my opinion the bottom line is that if this establishment wants its food to be better than "mediocre at best bar food" the kitchen needs to start ordering fresher and better quality food. The prices are way too high for the quality offered. I realize this is a new establishment and money needs to be made to fund it and the curling center, but hopefully the revenue from alcoholic beverages and the curling center gives the kitchen that opportunity now or soon!

I come in at least once a week. Dont judge me :-P The Rueben is my favorite on the menu, served up with a Fulton Blonde. Yuuum. Followed by fish tacos. Best Ive found around here. Oh and they have really good specials...daily lunch and happy hour. Service ranges from just ok to excellent. Least favorite being Jess, because she is not attentive. Drinks left unfilled for too long, not coming back to check enough. Willie is great to have, very personable with a large laugh. Favorite is Karen. She was our server on our first visit and I hope to get her each time. Shes great with kids especially and has a good sense of humor. Patient as all get out (kids, man...), and seems to always be on top of things. It can take a while to get through the seating to paying process on a Friday or Saturday night, so bring your patient pants. But otherwise no complaints from me and my cohorts! If you havent been, go! Ask for Willie or Karen and youll be well taken care of.

WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS. I have never had such horrible service in my entire life. I am a member at the curling center that is attached to this place and EVERY time i have a curling match we go into this bar after and EVERY TIME we have the WORST service. I am not one to complain about terrible service but i just cant take it anymore. If i order a beer i expect to see it at my table in under 10 minutes but it never shows up in less than 20 and Im not exaggerating. The servers cannot get a tab right to save their own life. We even had a server tell us after trying to figure out our tab for 30 minutes say and i quote " just pay whatever you think you owe i dont care"...... what a joke. Its really sad too because this is such a cool place to go. I would recommend going here if you want to watch some curling but if you order 1 beer you wont get it until the match is over and they will have charged you for 10 beers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Went there for Brunch and to watch the Vikings game, about 15 minutes into the game they change the TV to the Colts game to accommodate the people that just sat down at a table behind us. We asked to have it changed back instead they change it to the Dolphins game. Again we asked them to change it back,(at this point the Indy fans have already left) still nothing. We finally flag down a manager and she changes our TV back to the Vikings game. I get up to run to the restroom and when I get back they are changing it again. At this point my wife is Furious, she pays and the manager tells us shes trying to find a spot for us to move to see the game. WE SAT WHERE WE SAT TO SEE THE GAME!!!! I told the manager to set the TVs in the morning and tag them, that way people coming in will know where to sit to see their game. If their game isnt on, tough. You cant accommodate everyone and you wont be Pissing off the people already watching.

Honestly, I just dont like this restaurant. First, I have found service to be disappointing at best every time I go there. The waiters arent always there, you can go thirty minutes without seeing a single person. Thats a long time to wait for a refill on your drink. Second, I find their food to be a little weird and of a low quality. I wish that instead of focusing on being very different from every restaurant in the western suburbs, they would focus on preparing a more balanced and better tasting meal. For $15 a plate, I just dont feel like it is a value to the consumer. Honestly, Im disappointed with the way that this facility is managed. Disclaimer: Dont believe everything you read. Just because I dont like it doesnt mean you wont. No I do not want to further discuss this topic
