My boss and I went for a late lunch this past Friday and were anything but impressed. We thought that it might be busy, but that certainly was not the case. For starters, the moment we walked in, the hostess was so so rude. She didnt smile at us or even ask us where we wanted to sit. She just had a rude face asking how many over and over. It was nice outside so, we wanted to sit on the patio. It took 20 minutes before one person even acknowledged we were there. The manager came over finally and took our drink orders. Another 15 minutes and then our drinks came and the waitress just sat them on the table and walked away. She didnt smile, say hello, nothing. You would have thought they had a huge party going on. They didnt. The place had seating everywhere inside and out. It took our waitress 20 minutes after our drinks (which were watered down and just tasted like the energy drink that was in there) to get our orders. We ordered a salad and a wrap, thinking that wouldnt take too long to make. Well, we waited another 30 minutes for our food. When it finally came out, it tasted soggy like it had been sitting there for a long time. The waitress never once asked how everything was going or how the food was. When she gave us our food, we asked right away for a couple more beers. Those finally came out after we were almost done eating. I had ordered cheese curds to replace my fries with an up-charge off $2.99. You would have thought I would get more than just 10 small curds. With all the girls you have sitting around, there is no excuse for this terrible service on a slower day. You need to tell your staff to quit talking and get to work. Ridiculous. We will not be back. I wouldnt suggest going here unless you plan on bringing your own beverages and food. I would hate to see what this place is like when it is ACTUALLY busy.

Wild Bills has the most obnoxious bouncers I have ever encountered. They wouldnt let a black friend of mine in because they "mistook" him for another black guy that they admittedly thought he was. During that process they pushed a girl in our group for sticking up for that friend. I was personally sober as well as a few others who were sober cabs and can attest to this entire embarrassment. It took my girlfriend to pull me away after witnessing this 250 pound bounder push a 110 pound girl from not calling the police. Their management then came out and only made matters worse. This is a major disappointment as we had a group that would often meet at Wild Bills for dinner and some drinks. I am not one for writing reviews but this one is the least I can do. I will not spend another dollar in that place and I will encourage all friends and colleagues to do the same. I understand that dealing with drunk people can be a difficult task. But I do promise that what I saw was not one of those instances. Their meat head bouncers should all be ashamed of how they treat woman. Im sorry I have ever spent a dollar there. Never. Again.

People are hilarious! This place is pretty sweet review readers! I love how people will give a place a 1 star rating when they have never been there only because they read reviews. Well lets see. $5 burgers that cost $9 anywhere else (best around), best happy hour and late night specials in town, and they are always packed on the weekends. My friends have been in a lot since it has opened and have never once had an issue with any of the staff. Sorry they are the place to be around here and it is always busy. Well, I like partying with people and my friends agree. I get a chuckle out of reviews that know a place because they are ignorant. Sports Saloon! It has a saloon decor, but I dont recall how that makes it a country bar. Anyway, just wanted to let reviewers know that they shouldnt always buy in to what drunkards have to say after a few too many cocktails. Keep up the great work Wild Bills, because that is why you are always BUSY!

Pretty good service when in restraunt! But sometimes get the urge to call in a order and pick it up for at home. Every single time I call to place a to go order the phone just rings and rings and rings and when someone finally does answer they transfer you to the bar and then they just leave you on hold!!! I run a shop and know that everytime the phone rings its another opportunity apparently that is not the case with wild bills in maple grove! Obviously they dont care to have repeat customers!!!! There is nothing more irritating than calling a business during buisiness hours and having no one pick up or putting you on a permanent hold. Very poor customer service and poor phone skills. From one manager to another send your crew to phone classes because your missing out on more than you think!

I like that you can munch on peanuts while waiting for food. But thats the only like I have to say. I tried the Violet Night on the drink menu, which was foul. It tasted like cheap, watered down vodka with grenadine in it. Next, I tried the Southwest Chicken Wrap... Nothing southwest about this. It was so un-southwest that I questioned if my server had given me a wrong order. So I ordered extra Southwest sauce to see what it tasted like. It was the same thing, a very very mild hint of taco sauce swimming in a vat of ranch dressing. My boyfriends burger was decent, but came out lukewarm at best. I wont be going here again.

These guys are arrogant! I ordered a couple drinks for my friends and paid the waitress with a twenty. She went to get change, but returned with way less then she was supposed to. I asked her why and she said, "You were gonna tip me for bringing all these drinks right?" Well I WAS going to tip her, but if she took the money without asking first. So I went to tell the manager what happened so that maybe hed do something about it. Instead he smiled like some a-hole and said tauntingly, "What, you cant afford to pay that much?" Yea right, get real. That was my first time and last time going here.

I agree with joe doe...I never complain and try to write more positive reviews, but the waitress last night was a compete b...We had just had a soccer game and wanted to get a couple beers...A really blonde waitress with terrible hair extensions comes over and said my feet hurt and basically that she didnt want to be there. After she got us our beers, it took her 45 minutes to get us our bill to leave. We really didnt come in to have a pitty party for the waitress. We went over to Malones and were served right away. Even with it being very busy had no issues getting nice service.

Bottom Line Up Front: Not at all what I expected. The food was worth the price, but the atmosphere was inconsistent to the theme. I expected classic rock or country music at a place claiming to be a saloon. Pop and hip hop were being played in the background at a reasonable volume until about 9:15 (Thursday night). People began leaving, but the music kept getting louder and louder to the point of being painfully loud. Bouncers are carding everybody at the door and issuing wrist bands, something I did not expect on a Thursday evening.
