One good attraction and 2 very bad ones. 1. Hayride: this is a half assed effort to say the least. Poor sets and even weaker actors. Note to the owners: Its not scary or interesting when the monsters just follow behind the wagon. Not one scare, nor one fun minute of entertainment. 2. Maze: we encountered 4 actors in the entire maze. You could hear them coming and then..."boo" or "arrhhhh" was all we got. I have been to home attractions that wee better my god! 3. Boarding House: now this was actually a decent 3 to 3.5 star haunted attraction. Nice lighting, good sets, and pretty good actors. I would have gladly paid $15 to visit the Boarding House alone.Its a shame the other attractions were so weak. We will never return here. There are too many quality haunts to waste your time at this place.

My wife and I took our toddler to the Lamb Festival and we all really enjoyed it. Train ride, Bounce house and animals were the best part. Balloon animals, face paintings and mini games were inside. Staff were all really amazing from the gentlemen that drove the train, to the young man who helped us take photos with a lamb, and the ladies inside with the games.

Great time for the kids. So many displays of lights, flashing to the music. Very reasonably priced, and Santa was incredibly realistic, and very good at his job! They also do things for Halloween, like a corn maze for example. I think its a very good value for your money, and a great family place for all!!

Complete bull crap I got here at 6:20 and Saturday evening and couldnt get to the pumpkin patch so the kids had to settle for looking at goats sheep etc. seems to me they couldve warned us via website etc. but she couldnt get to the pumpkin patch after 6 oclock #GIVE meAheadsUP

We love this place. The Christmas events are well thought out and nicely designed. The purchase of your tickets include a free hot chocolate, which was nice, after going on the hay ride. The inside is beautiful and welcoming.

Haunted house part was good but not a huge fan of the haunted corn maze. It had a few scars when they jump out at you but it was lacking in the costume department. I feel like there were a lot of missed opportunities here.

Took our grandson Noah (8) today, I was in sheep heaven, so many babies and so adorable... Beautiful day for a great little outing, enjoyed all the animals, so did he.. He even sat on a big cow.....

The wife and I had a good laugh on the hayride, at the scared people. Boarding house was ok 3D stuff. Boarding house has a LOT of steps in it. They have food,drinks and a penny machine.

Fantastic seasonal entertainment for the whole family. The haunted house and haunted hay ride are both underated and well worth the money. We go every year.
