I was impressed with the care taken by the owner to frame a degree I brought in. I spent about an extra $20 here than I would have if I had bought it online, but the friendly service and the extra mile he took was more than worth the $20. I brought in my undergrad degree (which was already framed) and asked him to make a matching frame for my graduate degree. He was able to carryout matching of the frame and matting, as I expected him to do. But what really sold me was the extra little efforts. The owner went ahead and rebacked the frame on my old degree and replaced the crappie, unraveling wire that used to be there without me asking. Further he included some good heavy duty wall hangers. When I picked up the frames I found them securely wrapped and protected. The extra care in doing the job right is something I am finding to be so rare these days. I would be more than happy to spend just a little bit extra money to go to a local shop, have friendly service and get the job done right. Thanks Village Framing.
