I work at an assisted living residence in SE MA. I would like to take a small bus of residents there, but Heritage Plantations has been less than accomodating. Most of our residents use walkers, some in wheelchairs. Nearly all have mobility issues. I have requested that our small bus be allowed to drive onto the grounds, rather than have to unload the residents and have them load on to Heritage Plantation vehicles. HP vehicles are either non handicap-accessible busses or golf carts, which would be difficult for our residents to utilize. Mostly, though, I dont want my residents to have to unload, load, unload, & load again for the convenience of HP staff.

One of the hidden gems on Cape Cod! Our family enjoyed every moment. From the beautiful treehouse in Hidden Hollow and the fascinating Norman Rockwell exhibit, it was well worth the price of admission! We also loved seeing the cars on display in the round building. Best part however was the fabulous gardens on display and it was cool to see the names of the many species of trees, shrubs and plants through out the grounds. Look for the the falling water sculpture. One downside was that the directional signage was some what lacking. All in all, looking forward to returning in the Fall.

Its a great place to bring the kids. I brought my 6yr old son. I wasnt sure if there would be enough for him to do and we spent 4 hours there. We only left because it was closing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings are immaculate. My only complaint was the staff working in the gift shop were friendly, but could have been more personable. Aside from that, Im considering a season pass for next year. Be sure to plan one of your visits when the rhododendrons are in bloom.

The gardens were spectacular, especially the day lilies and hydrangeas which were in bloom when I visited. The car museum was truly one of a kind. However, I was frustrated throughout the day because there was no map available to guests. While there were several stationary map stands scattered around the 100-acre grounds, there was never one available in the area when I needed it. Please reconsider your "green" policy and make a map available to the guest who requests one.

Went here a couple of years ago and loves it so much we had to go back with the whole family. The gardens are so beautiful, the museums are fabulous, love the outdoor art pieces, the maze, the labrinth... cant stop raving about this place. Cant wait until my boy is old enough to enjoy the unique treehouse playground and ride the carousel!

Gorgeous collection of magnificent trees, rhododendron, hostas and a breathtaking river of muscari that goes on and on. Theres a meditative labyrinth, an art gallery, carousel, a tree house, outdoor drums and xylophones. The cafe has a creative menu, vegetarian options, outdoor seating and outstanding food.

Do NOT waste your money here! They hardly speak to you when you ask questions, and the gardens are not worth the money. Most of the plants are common plants that are known for being easy to grow and you can find them wildly growing. Save yourself $25 and talk a walk at the beach or in your backyard!

This is a great little gem. We only have about 2 hours and could have made it 4 (we didnt even make it to the museum, we were too busy exploring the gardens). Definitely worth exploring if you like gardens. Also, it is pretty accessible for people with wheelchairs.

Every visit here in every season is always a joy. There is so much to see and do and they have a lot of special programs. Gardens aglow is a must see for the Holidays. Gift shop also has quality gifts. It is a treat for all ages.

Truly something here for everyone, and, as far as I could tell, of a uniformly high quality for everyone. My wife and I were particularly impressed at the extent to which they have gone to make the facility handicapped-friendly.

Family went here without knowing too much about it and really loved it. We even went on a really rainy day and still had fun. The gardens are amazing and it was mid July. Will definitely come back next May.

Did you ever hear of New England Hospitality? Of course not.... and this is a reason why. Beautiful gardens are brought down by a staff of stuffy old ladies who act like customers are a bother.

Lovely place to relax, but the pricing seems a little steep. The staff was very friendly, and the variety of fauna was impressive.
