It was very easy to get to. We drove, but you can also get there via the Metro Red Line. Parking is right across the street, and there is an elevated walkway across to the Music Center. We got there early enough to eat at the cafe inside and had a very nice prix fixe meal. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available. The performance hall itself is really lovely - nice design, not too big. I dont think are any bad sightlines in the place. Good acoustics too. All in all, we were very impressed and hope to visit there again.

Food, drink, and performance were wonderful....The usher staff, however, were extremely subpar and not at all accommodating for those with disabilities. Sadly wont be back, as I need to be able to access my medication on-time, without missing significant portions of the show Ive paid to see simply because the usher is on a power trip and can be bothered to talk to the manager.

We went to see Lyle Lovett here. Wonderful venue with excellent seating even for long legged folks like me and the accoustics were great. Parking excellent as there is a large Metro garage right there with a bridge over to the center. We didnt eat there but noted the very extended food area that many were eating at.

The management of Strathmore is excellent. The employees are trained very well and love their jobs, especially Rachel, who brought my daughter a band-aid for her bleeding thumb. We feel warm in heart in this cold winter season, and the beautiful Nutcracker show... all these give us a wonderful memories.

Strathmore is a true gem: great concert program and wonderful, world-class acoustics, plus you can arrive early and have a reasonably priced meal with wine at the restaurant in the corner of the lobby.

It was beautiful, the seats are nice the music they play. Its all beautiful. The only thing is that the food is a bit expensive, but with the performances they have there its worth it

You cant take food or drinks in the theater, so dont buy anything too close to showtime. I sat right orchestra maybe 7 rows back and was very happy with my seat.

The Ukelele festival was disappointing. I expected more of a Hawaiian folk atmosphere. Huge thanks to Strathmore for hosting the event inside due to rain

Great venue-the wood used is warm & bright. Sound quality was good. Friendly & helpful staff. Definitely worth the trip down to Maryland!
