I have not attended an event at the lyric for quite sometime but my husband and i were both very excited to attend the Chris Young show on 2/26/16 and we had great seats in row G in balcony with no body infront of us or so we thought. As soon as he came out there was a couple that stood up the entire time. We couldnt see anything at all! This was positivly the worst show EVER! We paid good money to see him and would have like to have seen the show not just listen like we do on the radio! We also brought to ushers attention for them to please ask them to sit down as there was nobody infront of them standing and they said not it is what it is! Really??? So we will now continue to only go to Jiffy Lube Live for concerts! Expected more.....Terrible terrible night. I was so disappointed as this was a valentines day gift to one another with money we really didnt have....lesson learned the hard way!!! If you are reading DO NOT ATTEND A CONCERT AT THIS VENUE!!!! TERRIBLE! Chris young and Cassadee Pope sounded just as good live as they do on radio just wish we could have seen them instead we got the back of heads, flipping hair and making out as entertainment. So disappointed.

Place is clean on outsode, very dated on inside. While the Impractical Jokers performane was great, there ingress and exgress of guests is prob one of the worst i have seen. I have not seen so many people complain about the CSC security then this place. Very rude, and was not very organized at all. They had no persons outside the main doors inside informing of people of the plan, what was allowed and not, and those who needed assitance. My recommendation to this place, hire a half dozen people to assist the guests in questions, and concerns. Also the merchandise table had just 2 employees, not enough for a few hundred people wanting to buy t-shirts. This place needs an admin overhaul for sure. Other then that, the theater was not too bad as there was not a seat in the house that is bad.

We went to the Lyric to see The Nutcracker and was disappointed. I have not been here in years and was surprised to see a concession stand with popcorn and candy, upon entering. Throughout the performance, we had a family of what I had assumed were squirrels, (going by the loud crunching , chomping and crackling of paper) sitting behind us. It took away from the enjoyment of the ballet. On top of this, there was popcorn on the floor inside the theater and in the corridor when we went back inside after intermission and when the performance was over. Not a fan of this place anymore and will probably not return.

The building itself is fine but there were only two workers behind the counter with very long lines and only a 15 minute intermission. After the show my 85 year old mom and I waited a bit for the crowd to disperse when an usher began shining his flashlight in our eyes. We were not far from him and a simple "Excuse me ladies....." would have been kind. Instead, I had to try and get my mom down the balcony steps with no railing after having this man repeatedly shine his flashlight directly at us. Quite unprofessional.

Wonderful time at the Lyric. I took my mom to see Riverdance and we had seats in the Right Tier. It was a perfect seat to see the stage. The room gets very warm and there is not much room between you and the person next to you. If I had any complaints, it would be the seat spacing. The person next to me was really tall and we did not sit to comfortably.

Great venue just wish there were better parking options close by. Ive seen a few shows here worth my wife and weve always been able to grab great seats and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Props to the guy with the backdrop from the 80s taking group pics outside!

Good theatre but it has its plusses and minus. I had box seat on the side which was very comfortable (major plus) but the sound quality over there was poor and as highs and lows werent well balanced [high side was very muddy] (big minus).

Atrocious venue. If you buy tickets they do not allow you to exchange or sell the tickets you bought. I have never heard of such a practice. Not even the NFL does that. You know youre pathetic when youve become more greedy than the NFL.

Besides being a certain firetrap, the seating must have been designed for Pygmies or hobbits. Thanks for three hours of absolute physical torture. This is the worst venue that I have ever attended. I am due a full refund in my opinion.

Went to see Gavin Degraw and it was awesome! The only thing I didnt like was security made you get out of line to throw away a water bottle and had to get rechecked instead of just having a trash can there where hes checking people.

We went to see Impractical Jokers. The show was terrific. Our seats were good too. We were in the balcony. There was a lot of people in lines for drinks. The ushers were extremely helpful.

We saw Sebastian Maniscalco at this theater. All of the seats seemed to be good ones. It is a quaint theater. We enjoyed the atmosphere.
