Best in the greater Bangor area! 18 hole course with a separate 9 hole course (thats 27 holes!) and a driving range. I could spend all day here. $10 per 9 with a valid student ID! Military & Bangor resident discounts as well. Clubhouse has good food. Located minutes from downtown Bangor, right off exit 183. Well marked and maintained. Only downside is a not-so friendly staff. Granted they work hard, but I golf here almost every day and some staff have no customer recognition/appreciation. Penobscot is the only comparable course. However, the value for your dollar is worth more at Muni. I choose Muni over Penoby every day of the week.

Very nice municipal course.. offers an 18 hole course and a 9 hole course.. well maintained. Greens are some of the fastest in the area

I was only on this course for walks in the winter, but it is a beautiful place to go for snowshoeing or cross country skiing.
