My family came to Maine for vacation, and we wanted to play a round of golf, so we got a tee time for a foursome. I wanted to bring along my 10 year old son, so I called to see if it would be allowed, and was assured it would be fine. After I payed the 67.00 for a cart and were given a third cart so that I could ride with my son, some old man came storming out to our party, that was warming up and was furious that we had been given 3 carts, I assume he was the manager because he went into the office and made the clerk take the cart back. Another old man was extremely rude when we finished and dropped off our cart. I was so angry, I didnt enjoy myself at all, and will never go there again. The course was unimaginative, and every hole was basically the same. I should have requested a refund, but I dont normally like to do that. I wasnt aware that there was such a shortage of golf carts in Maine. I guess the extra 5 dollars for out of towners also exemplifies the lack of hospitality that was exhibited that day.

Great course. Extremely nice, an great deal on certain memberships. I am a junior member there and I do feel the older members are quite uptight at this course. Ive been confronted many times and it will happen again, but they are old so I dont let it phase me. Most of the people that work there are very nice and helpful.

Disclaimer: I wasnt there for golf, I was attending a party at night, so I have no idea how the golfing is....the food was okay, but overpriced. The staff was great though - friendly and welcoming to us people who were "from away"

My nieces wedding today was really beautiful and the food was awesome and the staff was great . I work in the business And I would give them 5 stars for what they did today . Definitely a beautiful memory!!!
