Very cold in winter. Place had propane outdoor heaters trying to keep it warm. It may be way better in the warmer months. Also no wheelchair access. Straight gravel. Grand parents had trouble getting to the building. No special parking for wheelchair.

Very nice wedding/events venue. Very rustic/country theme. Build for smaller, more intimate crowd. It is in a rural area, 30 minutes from our hotel. There are 3-5 homes that are built directly in front of the space.

The owner is very friendly and helpful and has a lot of decorations for use and it is breathtaking beautiful all around and was glad to enjoy this location on my wedding day
