My husband and I had our wedding at the Regions Tower 5th Floor Terrace in May 2015. From the moment we viewed the space and met Patti (the owner) we were sold! Patti has the most welcoming personality. We ended up spending about 3 hours there the night we looked at the venue just talking about options and caught up in conversation. We had about 200 ppl at our wedding but Patti made it clear that they could accommodate for any size group up to about 500 and still make it feel intimate. On the day of our wedding I would say she held true on this promise. The space itself is amazing. Open and spacious indoor space with a HUGE rooftop overlooking downtown Indianapolis. If you book with Patti and her team at Oasis Events, you can essentially save yourself the cost of a wedding planner. I honestly cant say enough about how well they helped us to make our ideas a reality. Patti, Brittney and Jessie were amazing!! Down to the details of picking out food, flowers, decor and even other vendors. On the day of, my family even commented on how attentive the staff was and how it made the day go so much smoother. Patti did the flower arrangements at wholesale for us, Jessie helped coordinate the rehearsal (at the State House) and the ceremony the day of. Both of these things were huge cost savers! In addition, when pricing out other venues in downtown Indy, there is a significant cost savings. Patti has a huge room of decorations already so no need to spend extra money buying things or time with cost saving DIY projects. Its apparent that the team is willing do whatever it takes to make happy brides! Having a May wedding can be worrisome because of weather. It did in fact rain on our wedding day but Oasis still came though. We did cocktail hour and dinner indoors but they still made my goal of an outdoor dance floor happen. They helped the DJ move his equipment right after the rain stopped so we could still do special dances outdoors and thankfully the rain held out for open dancing all night. If youre a busy, budget-conscious bride with high hopes of your dream wedding, look no further than Patti, Jessie and the team at Oasis Events!

Patti, John, and their staff are AMAZING! From start to finish they helped my husband and I plan the wedding of our dreams in downtown Indianapolis for a reasonable price! They worked with our budget and made The Arabian room look incredible! I feel like they really listened to us and our vision and made it a reality. The week of the wedding we were invited to drop off all of our special touches (photographs, candy bar items, etc) we wanted to include in the night so we wouldnt have to worry about it during the rehearsal dinner day/night or the day of the wedding. After we dropped everything off on Wednesday for our wedding that Saturday we left it all up to Patti, John, and their staff. When we arrived we were in awe of the beauty of the room. All of our guests went on and on about the beautiful centerpieces and the gorgeous uplighting. Everything was set up like we talked about before. The night flowed seamlessly thanks to Patti, John, and their staff, and my husband and I did not have to worry about one thing the entire night. Nicole, an amazing event organizer on their staff kept our drinks coming and checked in with us to make sure we were doing alright during the wedding. We were actually able to enjoy the dinner at our wedding and it was delicious, not your typical "wedding food." The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. It was a weight lifted off our shoulders to have our wedding reception turned out beautifully without putting in all of the "man/woman-power." I would highly recommend this venue and Patti, John, and their staff to anyone and everyone! They go above and beyond the call of duty and it is much appreciated! Thank you Oasis Events!

My wife and I got married here and I can say that it was more than a great experience. Everything the staff does for your special day couldnt make things run more smoothly and perfectly. We had everyone on top of it for anything the whole ride from the moment we stepped foot in the place working with Patti and Jessie made things just fall into place. We were extremely happy with the tastings we had along the way to determine what we would want for dinner. The designing of the layout and help with the colors made the wedding look so elegant in that space and had a taste of us with the "enchanted garden" theme. The staff behind the scenes was great to with the service and work putting it all together. The final day turned out so Amazing and everyone who came said the greatest things about the venue and food!! I had the filet as one part of the dinner and everyone was so surprised how hot and cooked perfectly, without any dryness like you might find at some places with massive dinner for 200 people. They were so accommodating with any changes and took the stress off of my Wife and myself. Thank you guys so much and we look forward to seeing you guys at other Oasis events. :)

Amazing! Oasis just hosted the most wonderful wedding for our daughter. They left nothing out! All of the pre-planning meetings, food tastings, room design, center pieces etc. were perfect. The staff was super during the dinner and reception. All day long during the preparations they were seeing to our every need. Patti was the most amazing coordinator. She and her staff left us wanting for nothing. Our wedding party was on queue under her direction without any hiccups. She worked with all our vendors to ensure everything was perfect for the big day. I cannot write enough good things to express how wonderful everything went. It was truly a fairy tale wedding. *** everyone always asks about costs - I can wholeheartedly say it was worth every penny - and our budget was tight. I would recommend Oasis - with Patti & John to everyone. Thank you for helping us make our daughters wedding day dreams come true.

OH MY! Words cannot express the amazing wedding Jessica James and her team at Oasis Events put on for us and our guests. Oasis Events at the Regions Tower is definitely a hidden gem in Indianapolis IN. Oasis was the 3rd venue we looked at when planning our wedding. And frankly from the moment we met Jessica James we knew what our decision was. Jessica James and her team were going to plan our wedding! The food was awesome....and we were even told it beat out the food from our rehearsal dinner at Harry Izzys. The decorations! WOW! It was the best thing to know I didnt have do any of the decorations...Oasis did it! Jessica was amazing to work with, the wedding was a day we will never forget. It truly was the BEST DAY of our lives! Hands down....the best wedding planning/coordinating team in Indianapolis is Jessica James! No one can compare to her!

This was the most perfect wedding venue! Jessie was amazing and ready for every single situation! They were amazing with our parents, the venue was perfect, decor was just as we pictured it.. and the food! I am still getting compliments from how amazing the food was. The food tastings really give you a sense of what to expect and it was amazing. The day was seriously the best day ever and I love reliving it through pictures. Jessie and the rest of the team are experts and will make sure your day is as perfect as can be! As the bride, there was very little I had to worry or stress about, everything was in good hands!
