I have only been to this course one time and it was like playing golf in a cow pasture with all the undulations in the fairway. I can accept scattered patches of grass around the rough this early in the season but seriously, to have bare spots in the fairway. I was using my "foot wedge" to roll my ball around everytime I landed in the fairway just to put it in some grass that I could hit off of. I tried to call 4 times to get info and all I have gotten was an answering machine that says they dont take tee times. You cant even leave a message or talk to a person to find out if they are busy, or what the rates are. The best part about this place when I was there was the beautiful young woman behind the counter that looked like she was in her young to mid 20s or so. Just sayin!!! So if I ever went back, it would be to ask her to dinner, not to play golf. One more thing. GET A WEBSITE IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!! Even if it is just a web page that has a couple pics of the course and your rates. Throw in a pic of that girl at the front counter as well.

I went there Sunday afternoon 8/20, I walked in at 2:15 and asked to play 18 with a cart and was promptly told I couldnt play because I was by myself. I have played many courses in my life but have never been told I couldnt play because I was by myself. It would have been one thing if they were packed and couldnt get you on the course, but that was not the case. There were very few cars in the parking lot. It was the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I have played there several times in the past, but I will never waste my time again. I guess its one of the few courses around thats doing so well they can pick and choose who plays their course...

I love this course, have played it since a was a young boy. Played it hundreds of times. This is a family run course and they work very hard to keep it looking great. Very, very good people. I have played courses all over the country and hands down, this is my favorite. Very peaceful and beautiful. To the one reviewer (Wayne Wheeler of Johnson Controls).. Ive played this course for years and never encountered conditions even remotely close to the ones you speak of. Plus your 20 years older than the girl in the clubhouse, your going to make those remarks publicly?

We found the course to be in great shape. Fairways were well maintained, freshly mowed w thick grass cover. Greens were in excellent condition. We placed one call to the facility, we spoke with a young person who answered our questions, we had nice round of golf with a very low cost per stroke on a beautiful April Sunday afternoon. We would recommend the course for a relaxed round of golf. Thumbs up for Sleepy Hollow Golf Course.

Believe it or not I was adopted by this family and sure the golf course was great and yeah he keeps the course nice looking Troy McWilliams and Dianna McWilliams do their best just like they tried for me didnt work...... oh well

Best course to relax and enjoy the beautiful country atmosphere. The course us meticulously maintained and beautiful. Its always clean and manicured perfectly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Theres not a better deal in town.

For a small nine hole course this place us great. You can usually get on the course at any time without a tee time. On nice days you may have to wait a while but what golf course doesnt have a wait?
