I have golfed here many times and have had zero issues in the past today while golfing with the same group of guys that golf at this course every single week we were stopped in the middle of putting and harassed by the "green keeper" which I have never seen in my many times golfing there. While other groups were yelling across the course they had also been harassed by said "mystery greens keeper" we attempted to play on and finish the hole he parks his cart 5 foot from us gets out of the cart and stands starring at us after I miss a 15 foot putt by 6 inches he accuses me of missing the put on purpose to slow up play for everyone on the course I asked him if he was serious he told me if I had anything to say about I could just leave because we were holding up play(the two guys playing behind us were apart of the group we came with) as walking away from the hole we had words he comes sprinting at my golf cart trying to take the keys so I would have to walk back to the club house I got on my cart driving back to the club house he gets on his cart and starts swerving at us and trying hit us with his cart and threatening us the entire time I golf very often and have never even heard of a situation of the sort many groups watched this and all have decided not to return to this course a grown man and small child stopped to let us know that he had even hurried the man and boy while the boy is obviously out learning to golf because he was to slow. This is the most disrespected I have ever felt in my life I would not recommend this place to a single sole until this man is gone let me reiterate we have golfed here every Sunday going on 4 months straight and have never caused a single problem this is not the way to treat people

I am not a seasoned golfer but have been to most of the courses in this area and by far this is the least challenging of them all a good golf course to attempt to learn on most fairways are right next to each other so you have a lot of wait time waiting on people in your fairway etc. With that said I have been to this course 5 times 2 of the 5 times I had their grounds keeper following us. We keep to pace of play and have stroke limits to keep to that but was told we were holding up the course and we needed to leave. We had a group of 4 in front of us and 1 guy walking the course behind us and no one waiting on him. Absolutely disrespectful we were originally refused our money back and had to contact the owner who said and I quote "I have to side with my employee". My second time at the course they overbooked tee times and no carts were available while waiting for one we ended up walking the entire course instead! With that being the way they treat their customers and with an employee like that I would suggest business elsewhere!

I actually like this course. The 3 star is for a lot of golfers I know who think this course is the last place they would play. Cart paths are rough where they actually have cart paths. There are no par 5s. The 6th hole is a par four thats only about 190 yds. with no traps or hazards (par 3 at any other course). The clubhouse is in a continuous state of remodeling, and doesnt have much in food, beverages, or employees to man it. Golf is inexpensive, and there are coupons every week for great discounts. Memberships are inexpensive. The greens are pretty well taken care of and are mowed daily. If you just want to come out and play a fun round without a lot of challenge, its not a bad experience.

Wish I could give this place a no star review. Dirt fairways, no bunkers and awful pace of play. Very short course but took 5.5 hours to play 18 holes. 4-some in front of us had 4 carts and only two people had clubs. Only one guy working. 30 dollars if you dont book on golf now?! Would not pay more than 10 dollars for 18 and a cart. There is a par 3 course in florence that blows this place out of the water. If they are charging that much the course should be in better shape. There are even dirt spots on the greens! Spend the extra 10 dollars and go to a real course!

Paid for 18 holes on GolfNow for 2 golfers on Saturday, 8/13/16 at 0920. Had a family emergency come up Friday night, so I told my buddy I was supposed to be playing with Sat. AM that I couldnt make it. Due to the fact golf was already paid for, had him get someone else. My two friends show up on Sat. AM to find out, 1) Meadowwood had booked the 0920 slot like 6 times and 2) That there was an outing at 1130 (so they could only play 9) and 3) Meadowood had my friends PAY FOR 9 HOLES WHEN I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR 18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have been doing some upgrades throughout the year. The course is a good course at a very reasonable able price. Its a 9 hole course but it does offer challenging holes. They need to insert water sprinklers throughout the course and could use more sand traps. Overall, its an enjoyable experience.

Booked a tee time at 4:50, showed up and they had a concurrent league going on. 1st tee had at least 15 people waiting to tee. Would never recommend this golf course to anyone. Had to ask for a refund which the guy didnt know how to process. Ended up with a "rain check." Horribly disappointed.

Nice course for the price, but the staff was incredibly rude when I was there. My group had one hole left to play (and plenty of light left) the staff wouldnt let us play the last hole because it was apparently past their closing time. The guy couldnt wait 15 minutes to let us finish...ridiculous

Its a nice golf course not a lot of people most the time its not crowded needs a little work but for what you pay its pretty good course only had 9 holes I like it

Meadowood is a great place for beginners. The course is not very well kept but it is a great place to get in a quick 9 holes.

This course provides easily walkable 9 holes of golf. Im able to get a round in an 1.5 hour on a weekday.
