The idiots got some stupid frisbee golf thing going on in normal golfers who patronize this golf course forever cant even golf there. You can stand there waiting 3 of rest to get on a crowded course while nobodys using the Frisbee course. I called the superintendent of parks and the only answer she would give me was that other big cities are doing it well guess what Cedar Rapids is not a big city and we only have a few Municipal courses that are full of leagues and we have no place else to go in Cedar Rapids so if you want to go to Jones Park you can stand there and watch an empty Frisbee Golf Course while you wait in line to tee off.

Well the city voted to close it as a golf course as of this year so as a golf course, its terrible. It is nice for taking walks though since you can walk along the cart paths and being at the end of a dead end street its nice and quiet. Except for the one guy who lives 3-4 houses up and races his crotch rockets up and down the street, and by race, iean its just him being a derp.

The course is very receptive for all ages and experience golfers. Easy to walk with a few hills but not hard to navigate. Whatever tee box you utilize youll have a pleasant experience. It would be a shame if the city decides to close this course or any of the other 3 public courses. All courses bring a uniqueness to the city for everyone.

Was very happy when I heard they would be returning my home course. This is a beautiful and challenging course that offers a variety of different looks. Plenty of sand and water too! Awesome spot!

I enjoyed playing Jones as I have for many years. The Golf department and/or the city council are contributing to the decline of womans golf by doing nothing to improve/grow the league.

Beautiful, scenic course. Plenty of water features, sand traps, and rolling berms throughout.

Beautiful course with reasonable rates. Lots of open long drives and truly a joy to play.

They were... kind of rude. I was just walking, and they asked me to leave.
