Course conditions are "good" except after rain, bad drainage holes 2-6. A nice "relaxed" place but, never is there an on course ranger holding pace, during the week. Website lists typical round as 3.5-4 hours. That does not happen if you tee off after 10 am and there are more than 3-4 groups anywhere in front of you on the course. Last three-rounds there (weekday afternoons with a twosome) over 5-hours due to slow play.

Played last week after quite a bit of rain the day before, sure there were places that did not drain well but you wont be confined to cart path only because the cart paths in places are not extensive like other courses. Plus it was a great rate that included the cart.

I have Thrusday night Church Golf League here through Christ Community Church. The course is well maintained and the staff are great. Draw back is no driving range but greens roll true.

A fairly challenging course. All of the fairways are long and narrow. I have golfed here a few times and the staff is always friendly and I have never encountered a problem.
