Nice top of the line place for this community. Plenty of parking, allows larger acts to come here to our area, instead of us having to travel 2 to 5 hours or more to see them. Being closer to home a big plus in so many different ways. Staff is if not the best Ive ever seen, better than the all the rest. They make it their own place with pride in working their. Big indoor waiting area with concessions and front lobby for meeting with acts and stars after the show. Nice theater seating, and its big enough to get a good number of people into one area, but small enough that you feel like youre not missing out on being close enough to see the performers. No bad seats. The only thing I would complain about is the two large projector screens are a little out of focus and dark that makes the performers look small if focus on the whole stage. Zoomed in is Okay kinda. Probably comes down to a budget that will improve over time. All and all 4 out of 5 stars is top of the line place.

We thought the Center was great. Our dislike is what happened after the Lee Greenwood show. We stood at the end of the line where people were receiving autographs and pictures from Lee. We took a few photos and helped an elderly lady get a photo of her and Lee. Before we could leave on our own, an over zealous security guard (tall, big man in a black outfit told me and my husband to "leave and show people some respect!." I have never been treated this way after paying for an event and wondering who this unprofessional gentleman is ? Could be an employee of EPC or Lee Greenwood ? A letter was emailed to the Director Of Operations "Rich," and as predicted...no response. This is not a trivial problem as some may think. This "Security Guard" needs to lighten up and open his eyes especially to an older, orderly crowd.

Nice facility with easy access, comfortable seating, and reasonable food & beverage concessions. Staff were helpful and attentive to those with special needs. Last night we went to see the Legendary Mickey Gilley for the first time. What a great singer and natural showman. Mickey exceeded our expectations - thanks for the memories!

Their ridiculous need to slow down people getting in and standing in the rain, by over wanding everyone was stupid and very annoying. It almost ruined a good concert. Seating is good. Sound is good. Easy to get to off the interstate.

Very nice place to see performances. Not a bad seat anyplace in there. Very clean and comfortable. Prices arent bad either. Been going here for yrs.

Comfy seating. But buyer beware: the drinks they sell dont necessarily always fit in the cup holders provided. Otherwise the place is great.
