I have been trying to reach a director of this facility or someone higher in ranking concerning my experience that I had yesterday with Alicia Whitmore .I went to pick up my son from the summer camp, it was a very long line ,she seem to be moving very slow no kind of sense of urgency or customer service .I got to the counter with my cash in my hand, she asked ws I paying cash or card, I clearly had cash inmy hand,soI said "cash "she wanted to verify the address, wanted to verify my sons age ;which I dont understand why .then she asked about an email maybe 4x, I told her I did not want any kind of email to just print my receipt & that was it, I said :"the receipt is all I need". a young man was walking out of the back office, she said tohim:"can you grab her receipt off the printer. thats all she needs "as if she was mocking me sarcastically. I did/do not appreciate it I went to Alicia Whitmores manager &reported her for her unprofessionalism &sarcastic attitude which was completely unnecessary .but I am not satisfied as a customer.I would like to talk to the director about Alicia Whitmore, she does not need to be dealing with customers if she acts that way...

55 years and older get a VIP card for $5.00 a year includes free shower soap lock room etc.. work out with weights and a pool.

Great park. Tennis Court, gym, sports fields, pool, and many programs for the youth. Great place for the family or solo fun.
