Enjoyable as long as there have been recent rain but fairways are just not very good, very hard as if never watered. The greens are pretty good and faster than most public courses.

The worst course Ive played in a long time, the greens were decent. How did they get 4.7 stars theirs literally no sod on the fairway or otherwise!
