Absolutely horrible experience!!! Celebrated my moms retirement party there on 7/1/2017. The club itself is cool, as far as the DJ and crowd, but the management (Robert), SUCKS!!!!! Long story short: we rented two VIP booths at $250/each, still had to pay $10 for entry. We were given 100 chicken wings that they only put in one of the booths- although we paid for two, charged an extra $50 for store bought potato salad-we asked for pasta salad. Even though we tipped the waitress all night- only to be told at the end of the night we still owed each waitress another $30 tip (there were two of them). I totally understand the nightclub industry is all about making money, but when the owners are down right greedy, rude, and dont have anything to offer for doing business with them, it makes me wish we had spent out $610+ elsewhere. If youre going here, just go to drink, party and go home... DO NOT PAY FOR A VIP BOOTH!!

My husband won the VIP from Majic 107.5 FM for six people. We were terribly disappointed upon our arrival. We spotted and told the radio personality, Mr. Derek Harper we were there to claim our VIP package. Lets just say this so called prize was a joke. The manager only provide us with a regular table without bottle service, that was promise to us by the radio station. We did order and paid for our own drinks, this establishment rip us off big time. I had ordered a summer breeze that was presented in a very small glass, and they had the balls to fill the glass up only half way and charged us ten dollars. I would have love for my first impression to be enjoyable, however that was not accomplished at all and i do not think management planned to honor our prizes at all. We will not promote this place with our friends and relatives, we will not be back!

Im giving it 1 star because of lack of service. Waitress took 30/45 minutes to bring the drinks, and by the time I got my food, I had forgot what I had ordered. Was told by the waitress to use the ATM for a charge because the credit card machine wasnt working. Overall the food was great, drinks were fair, building inside is very nice. I believe in second chances and will be returning because I believe they could be a 5 star club.

I won tickets on the radio and I was very pleased. Everything they said I would have I did. There were alot of ppl celebrating Birthdays and since Im not from here I didnt have 11 ppl to bring with me so I invited some of the Birthday guest in the section and it was all LOVE!! My First time ever going last night and it was AMAZING!!! Great atmosphere.. Most Definitely A GROWN AND SEXY ENVIRONMENT

Super crowded.. DJ was good. They need more wait staff.. Drinks were not that great. Paid top shelf prices for drinks but when you know your liquor you know you are not getting what you paid for. $20 for a double shot of cheap liquor in a top shelf bottle and got a metered pour?!?!? Will drink before I go the next time I visit this spot and just drink beer...

The bathroom are very disgusting, for the crowd they have they need a person to constantly clean the womens bathroom. 3 stalls and only 2 work majority of the time.....please call a plumber to see why the 3rd stall keep clogging up. They used tissue as napkins....really?? I love music. Food was ok when not rush....I was served uncook chicken omg!!!

The place sucks!!!! They dont honor what they advertise. You hear on the radio that Scorpios are free before 11pm. I arrive at 10 on MY BIRTHDAY only to be charged to go in and be told by the "security" at the door that " they changed it". I would NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE I KNOW!!!!!! Ruined my birthday!!!!!

I Had A Wonderful Time! This was my 2nd Time Turning Up At CLUB Bolts! I am visiting from ST.LOUIS and the Dj gave me and my friends so many shout outs! The atmosphere was for the GROWN AND SEXY! Huge Dance Floor, nice and friendly atmosphere! Overall it was Amazing! I will be back next year!

This was my husband and I first time coming here we had a great time nice vibes but the waitress we had was terrible it should never take longer than 15 mins for a drink. Other than that we will most definitely be coming back.

Slow service waited awhile. The so called live band never showed up! The drinks are overpriced. Btw just FYI a very mature crowd on Friday nights. Cover after 10pm.
