I was super excited about this place opening. I followed the updates of its process all the time, but I went for the first time last night and I am so dissappointed. I was with a group of 5, ages ranging from 23 to 28, and we got there around 11 after going to the Office. As soon as we got there, there was a lady (in her 40s or 50s) Who told us that the band walked out and that we wouldnt enjoy it and to try somewhere else. She said she was dissappointed in the place too. There were only about 20 people in the building, and thats including the band and staff. This place has so much potential, and in the area of Sarasota that its located, it hard to believe how slow it was. I will give it another shot on a different night.

Sarasota Sky Club is an awesome place. Great dance floor, a lot of events, live music, and terrific layout. Very friendly fast service with an extensive list of regular and exotic drinks. The crowd was well balanced and all were having a great time. This night they had a great band that even played Santana songs as Carlos would have been proud. I was impressed on how clean the place was and all the glasses looked like they were polished. Even the restrooms were spotless. One good benefit is being so close to a garage that has plenty of free parking and I asked a police man about the garage and was told they had cameras all over the garage and have not had any incidents SOOooo safe parking for all.

Worst club Ive ever been to in Sarasota. Mens room was a pig sty. Bartenders had NO CLUE. Ran out of most beers on a Saturday night? Didnt know how to make a LI Iced Tea. Manager appeared star struck and could care less about customers. No hospitality at all. No one cleaning tables, no bar backs, no table service.

Good bar for dancing, poor service high prices, definately needs to be professionally managed/reworked business plan and new managenent to improve. They would do ok if they came off there prices $1-2 per drink. Not many people drink very much here

Great time at KELLYS LIVE at SKYBAR the bartenders were beautiful and the DooD show on my birthday was killer and to top it all off the entire room sang happy birthday to me , very heartfelt , ,

Absolutely amazing. We had an after party for our Bridal shower and the place has great atmosphere, band was really good and staff attentive. Drinks were delicious.

A couple of friendly, pretty bartenders. In an old building with unique second floor balcony in carved-up floorplan. Pool tables in secondary rooms.

Very messy and dirty. We got home and took showers right away. The drinks were alright. Not the best experience but not the worst bar.

Still new on the scene. A classy bar, with a touch older crowd. Some of the best looking male & female bartenders in town.
