better to take your business elsewhere. Staff are very RUDE. 2 stated very loudly that they HATE! straight people (directed to those who were standing in line to get in to the club). A great show of customer service, humanity, and intelligence. The RoundUp or The Otherside are much better places to hang out, relax, and dance. Emerald City is dirty, offer poor choices of wine and liquor, and insists on playing horrible old-fashioned disco house music ... if it werent for the drag shows - that attract the straight people, btw, it wouldnt exist.

Paid a $5 cover on a Monday night. To get a drink in a small plastic cup. There were less then 10 customers, oh and a cop sitting at the end of the bar. He didnt make us feel safer, just wondering what kind of problems thay must have to warrent this. Lesbian behind bar was friendly, told us place gets busier later, thought we would leave and come back. Since they tagged us like a wild animal, when we paid the cover. Only to see sign on door when leaving that read, If you leave you have to pay cover to get back in, we didnt go back.

Me and my boyfriend were visiting from Nashville, TN and were looking to have a good time out on saturday night. Upon arrival, the older gentleman at the door was very rude and grumpy. The rest of the bar staff wasnt much better. The bar staff ignored us and never took our drink order so we left. There was less than ten people in the whole place, and I believe it is a reflection of the poor service. Very disappointed. Would not return.

Great place. But some of the bartenders are really rude. I thought it was just me at first. But on my second visit I saw a bartender tell someone they werent tipping enough so they wont get alcohol in their drink. There are a lot of places that have open bars and Ive never heard a bartender publicly say that. The only one who seems welcoming and friendly is Lauren. Thats where my tips went.

Pretty cool little bar, it is a gay bar but it was a mixed crowd...very down to earth crew there...some of the bartenders will get you for your money but others wont...has a roof top deck for the smokers or if you just want fresh air...the drag shows could be better they only had 2 queens

Good atmosphere and music with very friendly staff. Its a very open place that welcomes everyone and a very safe environment with good shows and good drinks. The drink specials are great. Sometimes the clientele can be a bit clique based but its still a fun place to go.

I think some of the bartenders need trained. You pay $10 on a drink and drown and crap service they put these boys in a situation they dont. Know. The only good thing is "the otherside" its nicer and cleaner.

Drinks are waaaaaaay overpriced and cash only, so I will prelube before I show up. However, the drag show and patrons and spirit and music are amazing. Loved it. Will definitely go back, but not to drink.

Come here to get ripped off. They take advantage of the fact their the only gay bar in this lame town. Goto the straight bars. Their better. And they dont take advantage of you.
