Had an emergency hospital visit that I had to make and when I called no one picked up to see about changing my reservation. So the next day i tried again and left a message, when they finally called back they said sorry your lost is not ours. So cold and heartless that I do not want to give them my money again. My wife and I travel the state of Florida going to the theater at least once a week and never have we dealt with such arrogance. You think of Mt Dora as a warm and kind city unfortunately the staff at Ice house lives up to there name......cold as "ICE"
