A good park, a good preservation of natural hammock. Not quite large enough, especially considering its age. The deck of the more visible "northeast gate" is damaged, so this entrance has been closed for some time as of early 2015. If this was fixed patronage would probably double. Its about all you could expect in urban Dade county, especially in a volatile area that could easily be up zoned...

I would have really liked to visit the park ): but it was closed.... Yet there was no notice of it being closed and the signs pointing to the entrance were inaccurate, saying it was open on 17th RD and yet no entrance. I would love to go if its ever open.... Bad on you Dade parks and rec. Cant even make it known to the internet this place is closed.

Mosquitoes love my blood type, negative O. I usally get bit the most. I have a scar from a spider bite 30 yrs ago. I love nature! I was a Lil afraid; but, Im educated. Im not afraid to enter a beautiful sanctuary. Im their stranger. Mosquito repellent & love of nature, if not, dont go! I will visit more often. Cynthia R.

Beautiful park, nice history that I did not know about Miami, and the most important the trees, smell nice like been in a jungle. I love it. I took my seniors class for a field trip, and they love it, specially the employees they are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I saw a raccoon digging termites out of old wood in the middle of the day, very cool!! Also beware of the spiders!! Bring or pick up a stick to cut holes through all the webs so you dont get stuck with spiders on you!!

upset that ive come here more than three times to find the entrance taped up, closed. Kept looking for an additional entrance and couldnt find it. When i did (its an entrance on the next block) it was closed.

Short and sweet...mostly. The park is very pretty, reminiscent of the original natural form of the area. Watch out for the spiders. Massive spiders with 4 foot in diameter webs. Tall people beware!

Un parque pequeño, que permite caminar entre la naturaleza. Sitio tranquilo y agradable.

Muchos mosquitos pero así es como se supone que es la naturaleza :)

A mini escape to a wooded area in Brickell is not your everyday thing. It is quaint, but offers plenty of wildlife to enjoy. Super nice park!

It is a nice spot to go. You really need to enjoy being into a forest, if you dont, then it will be boring.

Small, quiet spot, hidden gem with lots of benches. More of a nature preserve than a park
