No he entrado aún pero dicen q abren a las 10am y son las 12: 30pm estamos en la cola y dicen q hasta la 1pm no van a abrir y luego para exigir te salir a las 4: 45pm y no te hacen descuentos por las molestias ni nada. Los niños impacientes en la cola y nadie te viene a dar una explicación de lo q pasa ni nada, primera impresión bastante mala del lugar.... Aquí se ve las personas en la cola y la taquilla cerrada... Ahora diciendo q si el radar q si la lluvia q hay q esperar 30min más y al final hay tremendo sol y para cerrar 4: 45pm, q falta de respeto voy a bajar las estrellas al mínimo y me voy a otro sitio, no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Went to this park on a Saturday morning. I got there 30 mins before opening time and waited in line. The girls in the front opened about 10 mins late but they very nice and helpful with getting a locker and all. We quickly learned that the park is divided into 2 sections depending on the childs height, which is great. Well after all that water slide fun, we decided to try the lazy river. I did notice the "life guard" handling the tubes for the lazy river was spinning and soaking each person he helped on a tube. So, since I was carrying my baby with me, my husband and I asked him very nicely to please not soak me and the baby because the baby was already scared of going in the water. So he didnt soak us, but about to exit the lazy river he came behind me with a huge stick from the pool and completely soaked us and ran off. My husband went off to look for him and he was no where to be found. I can promise that I will NEVER return to this park again. That so called life guard was so disrespectful in every way and should not be working with the public. The food was terrible. Under cooked chicken and extremely expensive. A few people have asked me and I do not recommend this place. 1 star is too much.

I give one star because it is forced check at least one because it not give him or lowest q existed in the day I went with my family at 12:08 and 2:00 pm touched an alarm due to bad weather did out to all and only gave him the opportunity d reentering up to one year according to the supervisor those q they have entered until 12:21 as you can see one pays for being until closing time and not for a while until a supervisor occasion intimidated all to close the front gate and q as the cops were he grew and q all rightly protested that it costs sweat one I mean the money d entry also not put music do not let food and there are q buy food face d there and many do not like anyway is a waste not the place as such but policies and the supervisor q speaks uneducated me up told me you youre meteorologist that is lack d respect because I am a q pay for fun customer and rightly they protested NOT RECOMMEND q there are many better places that are thieves that park the d q are mandated. Took a ride from West Broward for something different . Paid for three kids and myself and because Im not a Dade resident, the adult fare was more than a regular adult fare. We walked in and our bags were searched and we were told no outside food or drink. This is a city park , full of campers, and you cant pack your own lunch? I complained and was told the concession is private and dictates that outside food cannot be brought in. And... After putting down our stuff and getting all sunscreen on, I notice the Lazy River is closed. Lastly, the mini slides where the mushroom water play fall is not open for bigger kids. The kids had fun nonetheless although the big water bucket atop the play structure is fixed permanently not to tip and splash. The artwork by Brito is beautiful and displayed on all exterior water slide panels and sprinklers. So it is not a very economical place to go with a family on a budget. Ill stay with the Broward County Parks.

I wish i could put 0 starts but then you wouldnt be able to read my review. The park looks great, but looks can be deceiving. This was the first time and the last we came to this place and we even left 5 min after we arrived. The staff is super rude and take too long to take care of people, they didnt let us bring any snacks even though my son has a gluten free diet, part of the park was close, and they close at 4:30 come on the sun doesnt go down till 8pm. When we ask for the refund they said they dont do refunds even when we didnt spend 5 min in the park. My son is 4 years old and he can swim very good and they put a non swimmer tag on his wrist.I had to talk to two staff members to force them to return our money after threatening them to go to the news, finally they got the manager and we got our money back. CB Smith here we come.

What a bad customer service super rude I had my daughter birthday party schedule for this weekend September 16th I had already pay the deposit but now I see that they having a free admission for everyone this weekend due to the hurrance I had already basically pay for the table and now they ask me I need to pay for the people I invite which it doesnt make sense if is free why I need to pay plus I spoke to Luis the manager and Tiffany and they are super rude people they were so ghetto screaming over the phone they didnt help for anything and now I have to wait 6 weeks to get my deposit back . Is not fair horrible customer service I ask for the manager and his like Im the manager with a ghetto attitude . I gave 1 start in order to write a comment but they dont deserve none .

muy mala mi hija sufrio un accidente donde pedio sus dos dientes frontales por la irresponsabilidad de las salvavidas que no estaban atendiendo a su labor ella se tiro de la canal y otro niño pequeño que se había tirado antes sin tener la estatura permitida intentaba subir contrario a la canal y nadie se lo impidió no CONFIEN EN EL PERSONAL QUE CUIDA A SUS HIJOS EN ESE PARQUE gracias
