Jim and Joyce run a professional and honest business. Their straight forward approach is refreshing. They give honest advice when appropriate but make it very clear that the choices were always ours. Their experience and input was always refreshing. Their vendor suggestions were spot on. We shopped around for many alternatives for DJ, Photographer and baker but found ourselves going with Joyce and Jims recommendations. Everyone at the Farm and associated with the Farm had a down home feel. They all knew their place in the event and executed with precision. Anytime there was a question to be asked or last minute need they could easily be found. Our day went without any problems and the focus remained on the wedding party. There were times we didnt notice the staff was even there. It was almost like there were elves that were always one step ahead of our needs. Jim and Joyce seem to know why couples end up selecting their venue and make no promises they cannot keep. We did a lot of shopping around before selecting the Farm. We saw lots of up selling and vendors that wanted to squeeze every last cent out of us. This was not the case at the Farm. I think Jim and Joyce have a good idea about the needs of a couple trying to get a good start on life and they respect the idea of getting a good start for the new couple.

I recently have been to this establishment as both a guest and photographer. It was such a lovely place for a sweet, rustic wedding. The staff was amazingly pleasant, and the owner, Jim, was such a sweet man. He did his best to make this a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved!

What a beautiful little farm tucked away in South Lakeland! Perfect venue for an outdoor wedding. Gazebo, horse drawn carriage, and reception hall! Lovely!
