I really like the course a lot... mature... long... pretty well kept... BUT... they should treat their local, life long tax paying seniors, much better. Ive played this course for over 20 years and I waited many, many years to be a senior so I can finally get the senior discount, and now that Im a senior, they lowered the discount so that its now only a $0.50 discount for their most popular package, 9 holes with a cart. I think its the worst senior discount in the area. (Of course they give more of a discount on the packages that seniors will hardly, if ever use, like walking the course or playing a full 18 holes.) I think that they should treat seniors a whole lot better than that. I also think that they should give a break to Lorain County residents, as its our taxes that are paying for the course. it seems like theyre screwing the local seniors in order to give a break to be out of town golfers. Finally, I have always said that it would be nice if they would offer a "season pass" package, but they never seem to have any interest in promoting the course in that fashion.

Played on August 27th in the morning. Course is very well kept and green despite a dry summer. Staff is friendly and we had great service. Would recommend to anyone and will play here again soon.
