The place is condemned and therefore close to the public but Adidas rented it for a private corporate party. My team worked covert protection for the event. The place is a beautiful place, full of graffiti everywhere it screams Miami history. It is a shame the city cannot get to an agreement with the local government and residents so the place can be remodeled and put to use like in the 90s.

Awesome piece of power boating history that really needs to be preserved. Im glad that the project finally moved on despite the political crap that some people insist on continued perusing. Looking forward to the annual boat show in 2016.

Deserted and abandoned stadium covered in street art. Completely covered. Wish it was in use as stadium but it looks pretty cool way it is now

Very cool abandoned structure. Fun to shoot but not sure how to manage getting inside. Security was nice but wouldnt allow entry.

Beautiful scenery...but most of the time the place is rented and you are not allowed to take pics.
